Now each person is different, how that feeling is to you.. that flow but merely recognising and being aware of the flows existence is a powerfull step towards revealing what fits for you. Of course all this is just extras to most important part of first learning to keep heart open!
And could not resist but to include this final quote here that sums up prior discussion above..
