Interesting question Rita,
I see that wanderers make the choice before incarnation but they incarnate with the possibility that they might not remember they made that choice, and become completely entangled with third density illusion. Then probably the majority at some point realize why they incarnated. This is just my thought.

It was this that I meant with my rhetorical question. No matter how thick the veil and how confused and even resistant our human expressions, the awareness will grow and the light will shine through in the most perfect way. Because the only true Reality is the One Infinite Creator = I AM.

I wanted to leave some kind of context and guidance on the internet for others who found themselves with well developed upper and lower chakras, but with a poorly developed heart center. Q'uo summed it up this way:
