A Purpose of 3D - AnthroHeart - 11-28-2014 Is the purpose of 3D to be happy? I know it's to make the choice, but where does being happy fit in? Anthros bring me a degree of happiness, but not all that much, since right now I'm feeling out of it. My mom and I had a confrontation yesterday on Thanksgiving. We both got pretty angry. The angriest I have ever seen her and the angriest I have ever been. RE: A Purpose of 3D - Unbound - 11-28-2014 Where have you given yourself space for happiness in your life? RE: A Purpose of 3D - AnthroHeart - 11-28-2014 I only get flashes of happiness. Like when I drink a fresh tea, or sometimes coffee. But living with my mom I can't find real happiness. But when I was alone, it was pretty much the same, just not dealing with anger issues. RE: A Purpose of 3D - Unbound - 11-28-2014 What is real happiness? RE: A Purpose of 3D - AnthroHeart - 11-28-2014 I think having desires fulfilled is happiness. The 1001 desires we have. Or even having a desire we can focus on can bring us happiness as we wait in expectation. RE: A Purpose of 3D - Unbound - 11-28-2014 Really? Then is it any wonder that happiness would mostly be fleeting since desires are temporal? RE: A Purpose of 3D - AnthroHeart - 11-28-2014 Maybe true happiness is realized in the bliss of nirvana. Or opening up to intelligent infinity. Two things I can think of that aren't fleeting. I only have experienced fleeting happiness in my life. Though my tulpa still brings me a degree of happiness, I don't remember him always. Unbound, what do you think happiness is? RE: A Purpose of 3D - Unbound - 11-28-2014 Hmm, I haven't actually thought about it that much, but I think happiness is something like "feeling alive". It's a type of awareness, I suppose. I don't attribute to happiness the emotions as most people do, such as excitement, passion, enjoyment, but rather happiness is, to me, a sort of peace with your life. When you feel at peace with your life, even if it is full of chaos, I think you can consider that happiness. I go through many challenges and sometimes I feel sad or depressed or angry, but there is a part of myself that is happy even for those things because they are part of life. I think, rather, it is that we are full and complete in all our emotions and rather we just go through shifting awareness of those things. So, I think happiness is always there, always in everyone's mind, but many cannot see it because they have no conscious focus on it, they believe it is obscured by its opposite or opposing emotions when really it's just that one has forgotten the happiness. It is always there and I think the key is learning to be aware of it as it is always there rather than depending on experiences or stimuli to "bring it out". One never truly "loses" happiness, they just become unconscious of that part of themselves. Like for myself, I know that I do not always FEEL happiness, but I always know that I am happy and that happiness is within me. I suppose I don't place much emphasis on always needing to directly experience something if I know it is there. RE: A Purpose of 3D - AnthroHeart - 11-28-2014 They say the default state of the Universe is Unconditional Love. That could be a reason for happiness. RE: A Purpose of 3D - Unbound - 11-28-2014 I think Unconditional Love is something that gives us peace and that makes us happy, even if things aren't necessarily going "right". Sometimes I think a belief is more important than needing to feel it though, because a belief can withstand harsh times but feelings are easily swayed. RE: A Purpose of 3D - AnthroHeart - 11-28-2014 I don't know why I always try to feel happiness as a physical sensation in my body. I like to feel giddy. RE: A Purpose of 3D - Unbound - 11-28-2014 Aha See I consider that to be excitement or passion, which certainly can come with happiness but I don't think it always does. I think happiness can be very calm and serene. That is the overarching purpose of 3rd density incarnation. And when it is sufficiently stabilized, you graduate to fourth density, which strive towards using love with wisdom. Every density's lessons involves whatever is required to elevate the consciousness to the next threshold, or ray, of unity. Happiness, or lack thereof, is feedback from your spiritual complex. The spirit is the integrator, or flow of consciousness from unity to distortions of unity. It is the flow of consciousness from the macrocosm to the microcosm. Your emotions are your visceral reaction in your body, to how your mind is meshing with the spiritual complex. When it is not meshing well, you feel depression, and all sorts of negative disempowering feelings, when it harmonizes perfectly, you feel passion, joy, and divine enthusiasm for life. Just by living life, you come to want things. It is an inevitable consequence of being incarnate. You experience things you don't like, and then by exposure to that contrast you now want and know more clearly that which you do want. If you can turn your thoughts purely towards what is wanted, thoughtforms consonant with what is wanted will begin to form and eventually coalesce enough momentum to manifest physically in some physically realizable fashion. But even that moment of physical realization is short lived, because you weren't really reaching for a physical thing, but rather, the feeling of expansion. And that is the only feeling that will give you any sort of lasting satisfaction. It's identifying new heights to grow to, and then turning in the direction of them. That is the feeling of life coursing through you. Expansion is where its at. It's why you focused into a seemingly separated vantage point in the first place. So that you could expand. So that you had a place to expand to. Why? Because it is just so damn satisfying. If you never separated, you could never experience the sublime joy of reuninification. It's a one of a kind soul journey. RE: A Purpose of 3D - AnthroHeart - 12-01-2014 (12-01-2014, 02:37 AM)anagogy Wrote:(11-28-2014, 07:07 PM)Gemini Wolf Wrote: Is the purpose of 3D to be happy? But I guess I'll see differently on the other side. I probably really do love her. It's just hard to see right now. Last night I wanted to feel God's presence. I wanted God's energy to stream through me so I could feel it, but I don't think it worked. Had some interesting dreams though that I don't recall atm. The way my mom treats me, I can't imagine being unified with her. But I guess I'll see differently on the other side. I probably really do love her. It's just hard to see right now. We experience varying degrees of separation and unity in each density. Because identification is so strong in 3rd density, we tend to unconsciously push away the perception of unity. It doesn't have to be that way, it just often is. When you adamantly affirm you are a part, you can't experience any reality but that, you see. And that is the problem with identification. In fourth density, as an analogy, there is the perception of being a finger, but there is also the social memory complex perception of being the whole hand, so there are two focal points for consciousness to identify itself. So there is great individuality, but it is automatically harmonized by group consensus. With your relationship with your mom, if I were in your shoes, I would spend some time in meditation, alone, visualizing how you would like your relationship with her to be like. Then focus your attention on that image --that new and improved relationship -- with the light of a thousand suns. To the degree of fidelity you can maintain that focus, your reality will morph to accommodate that. It won't happen instantaneously, but it will happen. Living in love doesn't mean that you have to look at all that does not jive with you, and learn to love it. That is not what it means, I assure you. It means you find a way, no matter what, to maintain your connection to your source. This is not a density of knowing. No matter how hard we try, we cannot know another human being. If you try to know people with your conscious intellectual mind, all you will know is the thoughtform construct you have created of them. But the source inside of you does know them, and the source in you is the same source in her, and if you can find pure alignment with it, you will experience pure harmony in your relationship with her. You'll feel the oneness between you. It takes practice. Previous thought momentum will try to keep your thoughts as they have been, but in time, you will come to purely believe in the image, the harmonious relationship you have created, and the infinitely cooperative universe will help to realize it. RE: A Purpose of 3D - AnthroHeart - 12-01-2014 Well spoken anagogy. I'll meditate on my ideal relationship with my mom. I'll be one of the thousand suns in my vision. Though I do believe a state of permanent happiness can be reached. I don't think the general tone of 3d is to be so. Rather 3d is in continuous change, offering continuously different experiences, states, and lessons. To me 3d seems rather fixated on a sort of pressure. Similar to the formation of a diamond. 3d seems to offer that catalyst that adapts as you change, and always seems to hit that weak spot, or chink in the armor. Which in time, offers the greatest potential for growth. Instead of focusing on ideals on how you think things should be. Appreciate what you have, and turn your attention to what is possible. Such as learning, and changing what you are capable of. Most of these things revolve around not utilizing what is already available, and from underestimating aspects of ourselves and environment. |
