The definition used by Don and Ra of galaxy, was different.

Things like wikipedia or the internet, are ways of gathering information together, but this information is not correct or even accurate at times. This it does not qualify on the same level as a Hall of Records. It's a hall of opinions and data for now. To get to a galactic akash, one would need to access and understand the planetary akash first.

Things that happen in this timeline or anyone's timeline, is recorded at a level that is backed up by the DNA itself of different species. Or in other words, things that are burned are copied and stored in the cloud. They are never really gone, so long as a person remembers their timeline that interacted with it.

The original question in this thread does touch upon current events and the implications of advancement in the harvest. Wouldn't it be a lot easier to have slaves keep other slaves in control rather than having to do so from a top down perspective? If you try to make free people into slaves, you run into resistance. Orion would thus be acting against the free will of a world if they land in force. However, instead of that, why not subvert the local governments and institutions? Give them some technology and make some "treaties" that would lower the vibration of the world, to the point where they willingly become a slave farm of the empire and soon to be integrated into the empire officially? This way Orion never has to conquer the world, the world will use its own people and resources to create a regime where resources are harvested and given to the Empire.

This is similar to Earth's Empires, except the resource is spiritual and energetic, not material.

At the time Don asked about UFOs, iamraw gave an interesting set of answers, which eventually included something akin to "many of the UFOs you see are from your own nation's forces". How were the US of A able to reverse engineer technology centuries ahead of our current standard? Did they perhaps get a deal from Zeta Reticuli, working under Orion, to provide some "technology" advice in return... in return for what exactly?
