Your dream about the terrible chicken tenders made me lol spaced. I don't recall biking in a dream, but I usually end up driving a car or flying a plane, or levitating and flying myself. But mostly I walk. Sometimes the walking is so light on my feet that I'm practically floating.

It sounds so vivid though... I have no idea what the message could be. The only thing that stands out to me is that a man who was close to you got "tainted" or "corrupted" by this light and tried to kill you, and that you both became victims of the situation.
It sounds like it was a very powerful dream, so I'm sure there is some message in there. Could it have to do with the yellow ray?

I still don't know what the heck this dream was about, and less what ray it involved. Could be just a dream about warning me that there are several greetings from our loyal friends going on, and that we are all effected. But what else is new?

The man who affected me with that virus was also there, and I got afraid of him. But people who worked there told me that they found a vaccin against that virus and they cured both me and him. But I was still a bit suspicious towards this man.
What the heck does this dream mean? That negative entities visit us and affect us sometimes by offering us negative thoughts? Well, what else is new? I don't understand the significance of this dream, and why my Higher Self or whomever it is, is trying to tell me to try to understand it. For instance, I am at my work now and this dream is played out in my mind over and over, as if understanding it, would solve some kind of riddle. That's how it feels. Like if I understand it, I would understand something important. But I don't understand anything...

Your dream was most certainly an attack by negative forces.
This, as you described it, was exactly the plan that was to be unleashed on us had sufficient negativity been able to manifest on earth.
Please relax because this is not going to happen - good because it was a truly dasterdly plot.
Let me try to explain.
There was 'the mother of false flags' planned. There was to be a mock 'alien invasion' using the thousands of craft the secret governments have been building together with the project known as Blue Beam.
A virus/chemical agent has been developed (and tested in Iraq) that has this effect you described of literally turning people into zombies.
How exactly this works I'm not sure but the information I have seen confirms the disturbing effects on humans. There is a huge drop of vibration and one is literally cut off from God Source. People rampage, start killing themselves and others - just like out of some horror movie.
The spray nossles on the ceiling of the denver airport tunnel complex were also designed with exactly the same purpose of delivering these chemicals.
These agents were to be used to attack us. I'm not sure about the 'beams of light' - that could just be your interpretation.
Anyhow this event was planned to actually take place.
After losing your body along with the massive drop in polarity you would find yourself in an (astral) base, where the pupetrators of this evil crime would then offer you the 'solution' in form a vaccine etc. Thus your suspicion about this other being.
If you had 'believed' this 'story' then that would have meant soul entrapment. That was the whole point of this scheme - to entrap the souls of the population of earth.
You would have been facing a cycle of 4th density negative in this case.
I know this sounds far fetched but that is exactly their method.
It was no means my intention to scare you with this interpretation but I felt compelled to write this analysis.
As I stated before THIS WILL NOT HAPPEN. The 'alien' negative presence is almost entirely gone with the exception of a few beings on earths surface. There have been massive clearing out operations performed on our behalf to rid the earth sphere of these influences.
The lunar bases Alpha I and Alpha II are the source of these 'nightmares'.
Being aware of your 'gut feeling' is very important in dreams because they will use all sorts of trickery to fool you into compliance.

Had my first bout of sleep paralysis in over a decade. I used to get it quite frequently back in high school then the last time was when I was 21 or so and I'm still a little rattled due to it.
The details of the dream are a little foggy now as I should have written this down as soon as I woke up but I was so scared I just curled up in bed trying to fall back asleep
All I remember is I was running from something but I was so frantic, I kept running in circles or so it seemed. Every time I entered one door, I ended up being right back where I started. At one point, a helicopter was flying over with its spotlight on so I dove inside a car to escape being seen.
I just remember screaming; "why, why, why?" which I think I ended up verbalizing causing me to wake myself up. As I was waking up, I felt the typical spinning a thousand miles an hour feeling along with not being able to move.
I awoke literally shaking in my bed because of it.

Now. Dear friend Gemini Wolf. What happens at the galactic core depends on which level of reality you are at the observation of things.
If you are a light particle that is observed from the outside only that does not deviate from predicted paths (1st density) you cease to exist when you hit the event horizon. If however you are a sentient being capable of making directional choices based on observed preferences, Start of 2nd to half of 3rd or so density life. So, for you, almost nothing changes. What happens next depends on which theory we believe. According to theory A, You die upon the instant you cross the event horizon, which means that what ever you think happens upon death, happens. This force tries to push everything to one single beam of light exactly half way out from the now behind you event horizon and the in front of you singularity. Because of your variable entry point and speed you will attain orbital rotation around this "band like sun" that you now orbit in a donut like space. From there you look outwards and you essentially see nothing. You look inward and you see a donut ring of light ahead of you around which all of creation rotates.
Theory C. Due to the Bose-Einsteinien nature of space time, what happens as you cross the event horizon is relatively impossible to explain, the nature of the mass of the black hole as super string bundles makes it such that realistically, anything at all can happen. Essentially reality can do anything at all at the point you cross as you "become everything for a moment" and then return to either normalcy or die according to your religious view. Or, Start to orbit a giant light-donut in space. Which to me, seems like the most logical next conclusion.
So I usually go with B option in relation to what happens at the galactic core.
So, in essence, What happens at the galactic core is what happens when we die which is kind of in essence what I just described happening when you cross the boundary. You would go from a god as an internal thing to a god as an external thing and then back again. From our current point of view. And such I have experienced also.

I dreamed there was this guy everyone said was a terrorist, who was on the run. For some reason my dad was selected to hunt him down and kill him. My dad had this device that would slow down time, and planned to use it to catch the guy. I wanted nothing to do with it, but he said "It's your responsibility as a citizen to see this." and he made me come with him.
He went into this restaurant. It was raining and I was standing outside. Suddenly the raindrops started falling really, really slowly, and I saw the guy come running out of the restaurant in slow mo. He ran down the street and my dad, not affected by the time slow, came out and shot him to death in the streets. I watched the man cry out as bullet holes filled him, but even after time returned to normal no one would help him.
I began investigating and learned there was substantial evidence that the man was innocent, and became very upset. At some point after this I thought I had woken up.
I walked out into the hall and everything was reversed, i.e. the doors that should have been on the right side of the hall were on the left. Everything was its exact opposite. I walked into a room where my parents were laying on the bed, and for some reason my dad got up and we ended up getting in the car.
As we were driving, all the roads were reversed as well. I knew I was dreaming, but I couldn't come out of the dream. Usually when I lucid dream it's a challenge to not immediately wake up, but this time I was so firmly rooted in this dream there seemed to be no way to escape it.
We started driving through the neighborhood and I realized the houses were different. Row after row of the exact same huge house with red shutters. As I pointed this out to my dad as proof that I was dreaming, he started driving faster an his energy changed, and I realized something was REALLY wrong.
I tried to push him away from me and he yelled "Satan!", then started laughing maniacally. He grabbed onto me and wouldn't let me go and it hurt, and the whole time we're barreling up the road. Everything started shrinking until it felt like there was no car or road, just me and this man who was obviously not my father. I tried and tried to scream but no sound would come out.
I finally started coming out of the dream, and he literally pulled me back into it...drug me back into the dream and said "You think I'll let you go?" That kind of thing has never happened in my dreams before.
It took every ounce of will I had to claw my way out of that dream, little by little. I finally got my voice back and started screaming, pushing against the wall of the dream until I finally broke through it and woke up for real.
It took me a good bit of time to go back to sleep after this. I called my angels and did some clearing work and didn't have any other nightmares for the rest of the night. I've been having some crazy experiences lately (almost all of them very positive and in no way uncomfortable), which makes me rather eager to interpret the symbology of this dream.
This is not the first dream where someone has attacked me in the guise of my father while I was lucid dreaming. I had a lot of anger toward my father as a child (we've long since reconciled), and I wonder if this is what causes that form to be so popular.

Welp, just had some awesome dreams related to my work on my yellow ray center I believe.
I wakeup last night with the distinct impression there were two spirits, one to my left, one to my right, almost holding me down in my bed by shoulders. I resisted, and I woke up telling them no! (I don't think there were any actual spirits, I think it was probably a symbolic dream.)
Right after I go back to sleep, I'm dreaming that I wakeup (but I'm still dreaming), and my bed is covered in hundreds of tiny worms. I get up and look at them and they are everywhere. And then I notice some larger ones as well, some as big as my hand. There is only one conclusion...those worms came from my body...but they were out and about, and not within me anymore...good stuff I figure
And I woke up with only 5 hours of sleep, and I need 7-8, but I feel pretty refreshed!

Lynn, to me it sounds like you went to the lower astral while lucid dreaming, and that entity looking like your dad attacked you via control and manipulation issues
(must be yellow - (orange) ray stuff... I am reminded now of the discussion we had with Adonai about yellow ray and clinging, especially since dream daddy said to you "you think I'll let you go?")
edit: I think it is actually more orange ray, control / power on a personal level, over individuals

I had a dream that I used an illegal currency and was going to be hanged for doing so. So I was looking to take a poison such as cyanide so I wouldn't have to go through the hanging. Then the hanging was being put off for awhile, but I was still in custody. It seemed to take place in old times like with queens and kings.
Also dreamed that a pipe busted and was flooding our home. I tried to fix it but my dad in the dream said not to worry about it, and just let it flood.

Last night had a dream that there were serums that I would take that could help me become a good werewolf. One where I kept my senses. There were a group of us, and 2 lead women. One serum after taking it I was able to balance in high places on narrow beams with ease. I was pretty thrilled about this.
Had another dream that I don't remember but was as impactful. I wish I recalled it.

I've had this kind of sleep that has this "you get 1-3 random kind of fuzzied mild dreams with nothing more than just running / doing something nice the rest is just this steady almost a "tone of relaxation" that feels remotely like crying but more like sweating from the eyes."
And I feel so DEEP into the sleep world it is unbeliavable. Beyond all that god and creator stuff and all the usual dreams, like its just my soul going "oh god, it feels SOOOOO good to drop this creation for like a night and just huggle this crazy body thats still holding together".
And me, as the body, is going "oh i'm having such pleasant thoughts this night"...

Had another dream about bears last night.
This time I was at my grandparents old house in North Carolina. As I was walking around the yard, I noticed a giant grizzly just laying in the grass. I decided it was better to quitely walk the other way then suddenly another smaller grizzly came charging at me from the opposite direction. As it leaped towards me, I caught its paws with my hands as it landed on me. I was able to toss it off somehow and run in to the house.

Me and a group of others from bring4th were on a train, headed toward the red pyramids. There was an eerie feeling. One guy said I'd feel more at ease if I grounded myself. I was in my socks, so I took them off and stood barefoot on the metal floor. I saw Ashim there and asked "are you Ashim" and he said "yes". I then remembered a post I thought in the dream he had made and asked him "what does L.80 mean?" Ashim replied "It means unconditional love."
After this I fond out we were headed toward the red pyramids and that I would be better off demonstrating unconditional love.

From 2 nights ago:
An entity posing as an old friend of the family (in fact he was my dads best friend) picked me up with his camper.
It was a nice big vehicle with some neat gear in it. We went for a drive and he was pointing out various places of interest.
The road was fairly twisting with some elavation change. Eventually we arrived at his house (which I have never been to). We had to drive up a steep driveway to enter his garage. When we stopped he said "put on the hand brake" as he dissapeared from view.
I was alone in the camper and could not figure out exactly how the hand brake worked. Suddenly I became very sleepy and realized I could not make it into the house. I went into the back of the camper and fell asleep. Suddenly I awoke with the sensation that the camper was freewheeling backwards out of the driveway, there was mild panic.
Then I realized - wait a minute I can control this. My third eye flashed and all motion just froze as the 'movie' started to dissintegrate in my visual field. Next thing all I could see was somehow the code behind the movie making machine. There were complex black and white pictograms. I'm not much of an artist but I can still see the shapes and lines but probably would struggle to draw them.
After this there was abrief visit to an underground facility of sorts where there were many children with whom I engaged in conversation. There were 'busses' that looked pretty beat up coming and going from this base. People were buying things in stores.

Unfortunately, these actions do not meet the requirements for graduation. I am sorry but you may have to repeat..."
I woke up with my heart racing.

Good think that we ourselves determine if we're ready to graduate. No one else. It's about how much of Creator's Light and Love we can accept. But yeah, I too had my fear about graduating. Some have said that if we're here today, we've already graduated. I'm not sure if that's accurate as there are still the steps of light to climb, even if they are metaphorical.
