The music goes well with the poem. I watched some of your other videos too. I especially liked the spinning crop circles. Funny how they seem to be going clock wise and counter clock wise at the same time. RE: Poetry - alchemikey - 08-24-2010 which world do you choose to dwell?
a dream of heaven or a dream of hell? what is the message that you radiate out? is it a message of hope or a message of doubt? every second of every single day we are each a message on display aware of my power...perfection is what i see discarding all of the lies i've found the real me no victim...no judge...only inner peace remains all of life embraced both the joys and the pains full of respect and responsibility i trust in the universe and eternity a message of love from a messenger of light from the truth of "i am" my heart takes flight i am an earth angel and words are my wings when i open up my mouth harmony sings peace, mikey RE: Poetry - @ndy - 08-24-2010 Oh, Just found this thread. Beautiful! This speaks my language I will post here very soon. RE: Poetry - @ndy - 08-24-2010 Sorry to double post but I was so excited, then wanted to read threw the posts. Mikey thank you, reading your poetry makes my heart go all big and fuzzy ;D I have way too many to share... as I think this way. Here is 3 random ones from very old 15years + middle 10 yearsish and newish this year 'We've all smelt the flowers and all seen the sea, but now it's inside we just need to be free, I've felt my own wings and I've seen them on you! Can we not use them? and everyone too? Let’s fly from this planet and visit the sun, tell him we know that life should be fun. We won't try to hurt you, were having a laugh. Getting higher and higher there’s no coming back. When freedom is out there you can't let it go! How the hell could we with all that we know. You might see us running; you might glimpse us fly, come see what is out there! Are you going to try? Smell it & hear it catch it if you can, I can feel it around me but not touch it with a hand. Taste it or sense it, believe that its there, Can anyone see it? Dose anyone care? Like a web that were part of. Like the ripple that we make. In the something that is bigger a part we all do take. (followed by a big picky of a heart) Integrity and honesty must always lead the way, Let your soul shine threw in all that you say. Act in the way that you know to be right, Let intuition be your guild and let love be your sight. Remember all around you are perfect vulnerable lights, Trust them not to hurt you and do what is right. Together we are powerful, Together we are love, Threw integrity and honesty We will find the light above. RE: Poetry - @ndy - 09-05-2010 One drop in the ocean One flight of a wing One note in a chorus In a song, we all sing A rainbow heart of Oneness That holds us all like glue. For the now is in the everything They’re all a part of you RE: Poetry - alchemikey - 09-08-2010 thanks for sharing andy brothers and sisters of sorrow
let's create a brighter tomorrow with faith and a strong will power let's cleanse like a heavenly shower with our intents and with our deeds keep on planting those heartfelt seeds the garden of earth is ready to bloom be a source of light in the midst of gloom easing the suffering and easing the pain expressing love is what keeps us sane far far from home did we all wander the reason why is something to ponder for we are all here by choice no doubt the cry from gaia that made us all pout and so we came full of passion and care knowing deep down we had love to share peace, mikey RE: Poetry - haqiqu - 09-09-2010 Thanks friends, for your wonderful poems. You have such beautiful hearts. The Resemblance Between Your Life and a Dog I never intended to have this life, believe me - It just happened. You know how dogs turn up At a farm, and they wag but can't explain. It's good if you can accept your life - you'll notice Your face has become deranged trying to adjust To it. Your face thought your life would look Like your bedroom mirror when you were ten. That was a clear river touched by mountain wind. Even your parents can't believe how much you've changed. Sparrows in winter, if you've ever held one, all feathers, Burst out of your hand with a fiery glee. You see them later in hedges. Teachers praise you, But you can't quite get back to the winter sparrow. Your life is a dog. He's been hungry for miles. Doesn't particularly like you, but gives up, and comes in. ~ Robert Bly ~ (Eating the Honey of Words: New and Selected Poems) Solar - haqiqu - 09-19-2010 Solar On a gray day, when the sun has been abducted, and it's chill end-of-the-world weather, I must be the sun. I must be the one to encourage the young sidetracked physicist working his father's cash register to come up with a law of nature that says brain waves can change the dismal sky. I must be the one to remind the ginger plant not to rest on the reputation of its pungent roots, but to unveil those buttery tendrils from the other world. When the sky is an iron lid I must be the one to simmer in the piquant juices of possibility, though the ingredients are unknown and the day begins with a yawn. I must issue forth a warmth without discrimination, and any guarantee it will come back to me. On a dark day I must be willing to keep my disposition light, I have to be at the very least one stray intact ray of local energy, one small but critical fraction of illumination. Even on a day that doesn't look gray but still lacks comfort or sense, I have to be the sun, I have to shine as if my sorry life itself depended on it. I have to make all the difference. ~ Thomas Centolella ~ (Views from along the Middle Way) RE: Poetry - alchemikey - 10-04-2010 Live The Life You Love
live the life you love always seeking to rise above the never-ending climb of light towards greater feelings of delight the pull to evolve...the push to become the mystery of existence we cannot plumb so little we know...so much to understand ungraspable like a hand trying to hold sand and so we surrender to the unknown where the seed of faith and hope is grown watered by every question we ask in the soil of grace we forever bask as we follow our bliss our dreams flower the here is herer and the now is nower as we shift from intellect to intuition our heart's desire comes to fruition Feel Instead let everybody free let them be let them be free of any judgment free of any thought free of any opinion at all drop from your head feel instead feel instead use your heart use your gut use your empathy connect and be whole connect at the soul connect at the soul know the infinite self hear the eternal silence see the crown of golden light peace, mikey RE: Poetry - Aaron - 10-05-2010 Seed... soil... water... flower... fruit! RE: Poetry - haqiqu - 12-23-2010 Hello friends, I've gotten behind in reading this thread. Your poems are evoke oneness in the best way - simply. Thanks for sharing these gems. Here's one from a favorite poet of mine: Love Dogs This longing you express is the return message.... Listen to the moan of a dog for its master. That whining is the connection. There are love dogs no one knows the names of. Give your life to be one of them. ~ Rumi ~ RE: Poetry - alchemikey - 12-27-2010 as i close my eyes
i await the surprise as i sever all ties my waking self dies the earth dream clears a mirror world appears made of my hopes and fears an environment of my tears hearing light and seeing sound everything is flipped upside down i start to spin around and around i begin to dig and a treasure is found another layer...one more level deep all i want is peace...all i want is sleep yet there is no rest within a dream just colors dancing from ocean to stream peace, mikey RE: Poetry - Nabil Naser - 12-28-2010 There is no dark energy that can't be defeated with a simple smile. let us all remember our free will. It is not hard to fight the darkness. We have light within that is enough to shine through all creation. If we keep in mind the oneness that we are, then no darkness can encroach. There are those who do not care about humanity. They care only about their own. They choose to believe that they are absolute rulers of creation. To these misguided souls, the universe is nothing more than something to use. Do not pity them. They are part of the learning process. I love it It is like going through many levels of experience, many densities, if you will. Turn and turn again the starry heavens spin Upon themselves, a spiral dance The Gods themselves entwine And then the Ages recommence When You and I combine For You and I the difference shall dissolve And separation shall appear illusion And difference shall appear illusion And conflict shall appear illusion And enmity shall appear illusion And God Almighty shall appear a Unity An everlasting ground for our Infinity Within our endless striving for eternity Unto the Ages everlasting ~ Amen Armageddon - Nabil Naser - 12-31-2010 This infant species Which has yet to learn to walk, Is crawling towards a cliff. Led by the haunting sound of a spring breeze above And the beckoning, crashing waves, down below. Yet to the cliff we race. Shoving each other aside. As we rush up, to the edge To fall. Do we know what is in the waters below? To survive Holding to nothing but a winning dream? Those we shoved aside as we rose, Higher up that most challenging peak? Did they push us over? Will we make it back to shore? To try that climb again? Or will we succumb to the Gods of the sea? RE: Poetry - Experience You - 01-02-2011 With only one word You took the ice out of the air again And put the heat back in the sun again With only one word With only one word You put the weapons of the world away It's funny how one single thing you choose to say Will change the world and then It suddenly means something better Every single thing I see, good or bad You make it mean something better Every pleasure, every pain Every nightmare that I dream Make it mean something better With only one word You change the ending of a tragedy And summon power from the injuries With only one word It's funny how one single thing you choose to say Will change the world and then It suddenly means something better Every single thing I see, good or bad, You make it mean something better Every pleasure, every pain Every nightmare that I dream Make it mean something better Every time that I can't make a sound And I think that I'm starting to drown Even when I try to take you down Every time that I think I'm alone And I can't find a word of my own You take me home And then you change the world again With only one word You took a war out of my history It's funny how one single thing you choose to see Could change the world And give it back to me so much better Every single thing I see Every single thing I dream So much better Every pleasure, every pain...
