It's not a matter of vibration but atmosphere and gravity. Higher-density beings can interact with lower ones with no problem due to the gravity only being lower. Ra had to manifest proper forms to come here though in their excursions because they would only appear as light otherwise.
There are no physical limitations on potential higher body activation except unconcious caps wanderers are born with.

I believe that back then our world was more flexible or rather, more accurately described, had a clearer connection to the spirit hierarchies which common people would experience on a daily basis. Through our spiritual evolution to section off ourselves as completely as possible or rather 'keep as little contact as possible' many entities had to give up their direct affect on the material world for our benefit.
This allowed Ra to do some pretty heavy duty stuff back in tha days but also gives a reasonable explanation for the dwindling of prevalence for spiritual entities and, in latter years, only bring up petty demons and nature spirits before most vanished from our perception almost completely some 100-200 years ago (at most?).

They clothed their 6th density bodies in a "skin" of 3rd density material.

I think the entity you are referring to is that of my own social memory complex. I have been lead in the past year or so towards strong synchronicities that suggest that I am of a dying black star 5th density STS borderline 6th social complex seeking fervently to adopt a more accepting view of love rather than domineering. It is a case of returning to rudiments over pushing complexity, seeing the true ease and flow of love. I may be wrong, but your description of this entity hits very very close to home. Does this resonate?

I'm not really sure because whenever I have maintained clear contact the nature of the instream of consciousness is very nondescript. Almost as if they'd prefer anonymity, or that I agreed in pre-life contact to remain disconnected as far as nominal identity goes. Then again I have been experiencing extreme catalyst in terms of fear-based streams of communication coming into my consciousness, self-defeating thoughts, maybe even psychic attacks. To be honest I'm not really sure what I've been going through, but negativity has taken keen interest.
Nevertheless, through this all I have shined light onto the dark aspects of my past and of my ego, seeing that things I have labeled as STO have occasionally been heavily influenced by STS intent or attempts of control. I, too, find myself desiring in a dangerous manner the recognition and sharing of my own reality to the point of asserting it onto others (in order to further my view of "love" or understandings of humanity). While most if not all my friends, family, and passerby's would disagree, I have been shown darkness in my heart where I could have sworn was light. Maybe this is just part of the negative greetings, tapping into my deep-seated fears of being wrong, of losing salvation, of being mislead, and of myself. I've even feared inevitable hell as fate of being the antichrist, especially as a pale, blonde, blue eyed guy (Nation of Gods and Earths type stuff...)
I know I'm an empath, I know I have the capacity for near insanity levels of compassion. But I see the dark sides of me are just as strong. I find myself in a catalytic "supercharge" locus of existence, where my being is caught on the brink of super-polarizing through some strange concoction of the lessons I am working through at the moment. But either way, I suppose I can find great catalyst towards my goal of ushering in the kingdom of heaven on this beautiful earth.

Hmm, perhaps this is bold, but I shall tell you my honest feeling. I do feel a negative presence around you, however, my strong feeling is that it is not "you" but the entity has amplified your distortions that were already present and this opened an opportunity for identification. Part of why I said say so is because part of the purpose behind incarnating in a form as such as ours is in order to do work on the self. Perhaps it is true that there is darkness within you, there is in all things, however I get a sense that the recent focus and attention upon it is not due to some emerging darkness from within you, in the sense of polarization, but because of your own expectations of what having that darkness means to you.
It is complicated the "answer" I receive which says that the entity which is greeting you is not quite the same as the entity which was greeting Adonai One and Vervex but is of the same "class" or nature as the entity which you are talking about. Perhaps there is even some tie between the two, a relationship of desired understanding.
Negative entities infringe upon others and impress themselves by giving and sharing their own minds in order that the receiver may mistake the thoughts of the entity for their own thoughts. I use a basic rule in dealing with my own thoughts and that is: 'My' thoughts are only those thoughts which I consciously, intentionally create/call forth from within, and ALL other thoughts, no matter their relevance, stem either from a communication from my inner planes or from 'external' sources.
Yes, all things are the Creator and we are the Creator too, but that means that any identification we take on becomes real for us. However, that being said, I do resonate with what you say about being from/part of a social memory complex related to a dark star, and I do feel this is relevant to you, but it seems to me like "old wounds enflared" is more the nature of what you are experiencing. I feel there is a "new" entity that is not your own complex that is playing upon the challenges within one's own consciousness of coming to terms with one's own origin and the many natures of the self. It attempts to make the darkness more glaring than the light when really these two must be viewed as mutually yielding opposites and inherent in that is the CHOICE.
Of course, such is just my perception, I am curious to know more about your identifications with the dark star and what it means to you to "come from an STS social memory complex"?

Far from overstepping your opinions I believe you did hit the nail on the head on this one. Synchronicity at play, I was attacked in my dreamstate this morning by the same entity that has plagued me over the last year. I tried loving and accepting this entity as simply a product of the choice, but it didn't seem to mind even when I filled my body with protective light. Then I stood up and ran over to where it was at and started screaming back using the crude language it had just used on me. Of course this just fueled its satisfaction.
I've given up on trying to rid myself of this demon. I have been afraid for far too long, and see now that this son of a gun is here to stay I guess.
On the note of dark star origin, I met my twin flame a couple years ago. He has been attacked by this same entity before I was, interestingly. But as we opened our consciousnesses up together, we both had the common element of past darkness, of second chances. I don't know where this all fits in, as my meditations rarely yield such clear details as say the posts you've made in the Atlantis forum. Call it a hunch, and hunches are often mistaken in my case. I did DMT once, and when I did every ounce of light and positivity was sucked out of my soul and I was in a real of utter chaos, red and black being the primary colors, being tossed around through spiritual tenticular arms at lightspeed seeing terrified neon green faces. All I heard was in a dark, deep voice "I AM THE ALL" and all I could remember was me pleading "NOT YET! I"M NOT READY". Maybe I have integrated this experience falsely but I took it to mean that outside of this earth my soul is in a realm of extreme suffering and fear. Maybe this is another aspect of interacting with this negative entity.
Do you have any advice for parting ways with this fear? I have battled it head on with light/love and feel no change.

I have never been guided to offer so before, so this may seem strange, but I could perhaps assist you with a "soul retrieval"? There is strong guidance that that would be beneficial to you and could very well assist to balance these experiences. Such would entail facing the fear in a different kind of way, without overcoming it, but instead allowing it to be what it is, to feel the fear and realize that the fear itself is empty. What is afflictive of fear is the imaginations spurned by its vibration.

I had an experience with DMT that I initially considered negative. In fact, I was completely terrified as I thought I was dying. I actually experienced the sensation of dying and speaking with with guides afterwards. I also had what I presume were negative entities messing with me at one point. However, both 'negative' experiences made sense to me considering the circumstances, especially the negative entities. Plus, since I went through this alone, I panicked and called 911. I ended up paying $1200 as a result of that.
However, I have chosen to interpret the experience as positive overall. It took some acceptance work, but I found the experience as helpful.
For awhile, I was worried there was some kind of damage done, physical or metaphysical. I then realized it was silly/paranoid and there was no damage done. After all, we are all immortal, indestructible beings. The only danger was damaging my body but I would have to of taken much more to cause damage.
Anyways, I thought I would try to help by sharing a similar experience.

That's never said. They only refer to "their true nature" which could be any manner of representation. In the past, they had a hot Venusian sun and atmosphere to deal with. Their skin in their 3rd-density form was likely very dark if not pitch black to adjust to such heat.

I presume he is going with the assumption that they would require more skin pigmentation to protect against the heat. However, there isn't really any reason to assume that melanin is the end all, be all of skin pigmentation. Nor is it ascertained that melanin is the only possibility of protection, considering there is no melanin found in spiders and there are plenty of desert spiders that are not black.
Also, things become weird when I consider that I heard that we are moving from being carbon based ljfeforms to silicon based. Trying to remember the source... not sure how that would impact pigmentation.
I have also heard that the denizens of Atlantis were pretty much all dark skinned.
