Some clarifications -
1) The universes are our own. There are parallel universes besides this universe. The people there are our own. They are nothing to do with the people on Earth. The study at the very high levels do not correlate with any experience on Earth. The POV (Point of View) is more towards that of infrastructure, creational laws.
We are grateful to the Confederation of Angels and Planets who have assisted us to get all the souls out before the star system super-nova and they had to leave the place because the space generator and time generator were getting unstable and the repulsive force was insufficient to offset gravity.
2) We came here from a black hole. A Confederate mothership travelled through space and time (far away from the star) and met us to ferry us to a jump point outside this solar system.
The jump point is outside the solar system. I do not know the exact location, except that (taking Newton's 3rd law - every action has an equal and opposite reaction) it sometimes causes astroids and comets to come into this solar system for no apparent reason.
The run-way is perpendicular to the plane of this solar system. That is, they try not to stupid things and make comets dislodge and enter our solar system. If you observe closely, why are there constant streams of fast-moving space-rocks entering our solar system? That makes no sense...
The way how it works, is they accelerate from zero to the speed of light. They carry huge amounts of fuel to accelerate and then, when they reach light speed, they punch a hole to the parallel universe and then travel to other locations very quickly.
2) Please, the purpose here on Earth is to learn about yourselves and open up yourselves to love others. Remember that, at the main purpose of this illusion is to evolve yourself and see conditions and situations where you give love out.

Hello my sister, and blessings to you in this density from the one true Creator and likewise from we co-creators.
I am assuming that your use of the Greek letter delta is being used such as in mathematics and sciences to denote "change." Is this correct?
At a young age (6 I think), I remember "knowing" that I had existed prior to then, that I had been around for a long time. However, time has gotten long. As I've continued on, I have seen a little of my past. I know I'm not a wanderer of my Brothers and Sisters of Sorrow, but probably a member of the Confederation. Although they help me, I'm still not used to this area of space/time.
I am not sure if I was the one that asked for you or not. As a wanderer who has breached the forgetting, the question I have is worded in poem, to best describe the situation thus. Even if you can't help me with the what to do, you may be able to offer help within the prime directive (1st distortion).
As a babe remembers the life he left, he cries in panic leaving the womb

The meaning of delta = time. I will try to draw some diagrams what the whole thing is.
Induction of delta into the 3rd dimension = 4th dimension or creation of time.
It is a weird concept. In human terms, we perceive space and time as two things together. In the creational level, you manipulate two devices.
It is very weird because the two devices are different from what you think. They are somewhere in space. The exact location is not known.
The way how it works, is you manipulate the device in the opposite manner. That is, you manipulate the device, but the actions are inverted. Actions you do are then projected into an illusion.
Thus the one intelligent infinity invested itself in an exploration of many-ness (13.12).
The first thing you do, address all allocation of space you have.
This concept was finity. (13.12)
The second thing is once you address allocation of space, you have to offset the pressure of the space to go back into itself. As you increase the expansion, there is no delta (time). This is where the second device comes in to create change.
Many of the lessons within the illusion is to understand itself. You can then imagine the whole thing to be something like a self-contained soup of atoms. Each element, position is then calculated and updated into the soup of atoms.
After some time, because expansion causes the initial repulsive force to be very weak, gravity starts to take effect and cause a contraction. From there, the first black hole and stars were formed... but you have to form many, not "just" one solar system.
Using intelligent infinity each portion created an universe and allowing the rhythms of free choice to flow, playing with the infinite spectrum of possibilities, each individualized portion channeled the love/light into what you might call intelligent energy, thus creating the so-called natural laws of any particular universe. Each universe, in turn, individualized to a focus becoming, in turn, co-Creator and allowing further diversity, thus creating further intelligent energies regularizing or causing natural laws to appear in the vibrational patterns of what you would call a solar system. One simulation is equivalent to 100 billion years of human time.
An addendum:
When the black hole starts to spin, it lights up the soup around it. Then the gas starts to collapse under the weight of gravity. After some time, you have a galaxy.
