When a 6D (or 5D/4D) entity incarnates in 3D, they are a Wanderer by definition, experiencing 3D just as a native 3D entity (including the veil).
A higher density entity manifesting in this 3D experience (think UFO sightings) is another matter entirely. Ra stated that they nearly always opted for non physical forms of contact (telepathy).
I assume that Ra manifested a 3D lightbody in which to walk upon 3D Earth during the era of the pyramids.

I have thoughts on the same lines...
If we have millions and millions of wanderers and many of them are 6th density then it is very logical to conclude that Ra's social memory complex would be heavily involved. And make up a large number of that crowd... He has committed himself to this planet and now involved very deeply... So it is logical to conclude that he/they are not only teaching/learning from 6th density, they are also very involved with foot soldiers on the ground (3rd density wanderers)...
So yes !!! Ra was/is definitely talking from him to him in MANY MANY cases...

This appears to me as a description of the one time Ra is said to have truly walked among us, 11,000 years ago. A third density manifestation of their sixth-density social memory complex. Draw your own conclusions, but I feel we are still enjoying the company of Ra at this time in the form of wanderers. In this case, they are not directly walking among us but are doing so individually, not as the social memory complex of Ra, with limitations and a heavy veil.
