the key they did find,
the seal broke
ostara lore
white goddess spoke,
a sound not heard
before or since
as the egg shell mixed with the yolk.
white rabbit weaveth Ostara this pleaseth,

no meat shall eat those that repent.
Not beg steal or borrow
no hearts filled with sorrow
with new seal the message was sent.
Joy Ostara new seal now make
for those that stayed watchful
so not to be late,
threefold the new seeds, triple, replicate
immitate only those first through your gate,
from those will grow wisdom,

Ostara replenish

That is the pain and pleasure of the deepest portion of our hearts. That is why 'my' words touched your soul. Much love RE: Poetry - Confused - 10-23-2011 The Wedding Ceremony The dawn is about to break, and the wedding stage is set. The bride sits on her bed, pensive in her thought, of the impending ceremony, that will begin a matrimony. Since the day she was born, she was destined for the ceremony. With both joyous rapture and tense trepidation, she awaits the stage and the big day. She knows not the groom. She has only heard about him and his glorious qualities. The land and its people sing to no end, the praises of the groom, who is said to dispel all gloom. The moments slowly pass. The eyes of the bride puff up. The heart and the mind, are not to her kind. The distant bell peels, to mark the first rays of the Sun. As the glorious Lord of the day, makes his ascent up the sky, the bride looks at the orb, and imagines her lustrous groom, who offers her the promise of completion. The bride is me, and the groom is the ONE. Marry me, O All, and grant me my boon. I await with garland in my hand, to adorn it on your beautiful neck. With that ritual, you will become my victual. As the day of the sacred rituals fades away, the night of a thousand sweetness will arrive. I will melt in your embrace, as I take in your very essence, and become one with you, in every sense. RE: Poetry - Meerie - 10-23-2011 Very beautifully said! That reminds me of an idea that I once had. In order to become one with the ALL THAT THERE IS, a man will marry the female part of creator, and a woman the male. Meaning that they will respectively embrace the opposite sex inside themselves and thus become whole again. Thanks for reminding me! What I Have Learned So Far - haqiqu - 10-24-2011 What I Have Learned So Far Meditation is old and honorable, so why should I not sit, every morning of my life, on the hillside, looking into the shining world? Because, properly attended to, delight, as well as havoc, is suggestion. Can one be passionate about the just, the ideal, the sublime, and the holy, and yet commit to no labor in its cause? I don't think so. All summations have a beginning, all effect has a story, all kindness begins with the sown seed. Thought buds toward radiance. The gospel of light is the crossroads of -- indolence, or action. Be ignited, or be gone. ~ Mary Oliver ~ (New and Selected Poems Volume Two) RE: Poetry - norral - 10-25-2011 and the walls came tumbling down suddenly the ice started to melt, at first it occured slowly , drip drip drip and then the process speeded up, faster and faster eventually we had a torrent as all the ice built up over this and past lifetimes melted and our hearts, our precious hearts were free to feel the blessed sun of goddess love breathing this in we started to glow light flowed into our hearts and warmed our bodies filling us with a deep deep peace for the first time in many lives we actually saw each other as divine souls our view not swayed by color or religion or nationality or any external factor filled with love for each other we were magnetically attraced to one another like amebas sensing one another from across the slide we merged our energies combined joy and ecstasy filled us as the power of love became fully operational within us. the change that our hearts ached for was finally upon us finally after millenia and so many countless lives after so much heartache and rejection and pain and suffering love , true true love, became the ruling force norral RE: Poetry - Ruth - 10-25-2011 This one spoke to me this morning. Hope you enjoy it. Stanzas Often rebuked, yet always back returning To those first feelings that were born with me, And leaving busy chase of wealth and learning For idle dreams of things that cannot be. To-day, I will seek not the shadowy region; Its unsustaining vastness waxes drear; And visions rising, legion after legion, Bring the unreal world too strangely near. I'll walk, but not in old heroic traces, And not in paths of high morality, And not among the half-distinguised faces, The clouded forms of long-past history. I'll walk where my own nature would be leading: It vexes me to choose another guide: Where the gray flocks in ferny glens are feeding; Where the wild wind blows on the ountain side. What have those lonely mountains worth revealing? More glory and more grief than I can tell: The earth that wakes one human heart to feeling Can center both the worlds of Heaven and Hell. Listen. Take another look: the joyful reckless barking dogs, convinced of doom, hysterical, or only proud to own the yard, the block, the wind -- the raised welt of their voices roughening your dreams. The new leaves slightly bent, like fingers on guitar, rippling their chord of twigs -- and the still-bare slingshot branches, naked as the tails of rats, liminal as roots. The squirrel crushed in the road, its tail still waving, in the wind of passing cars, a flag, and the blackest of black crows, breaching the body with its surgeon beak -- black needles of its feet so pleased with death, which is also meat, and life. Another squirrel, its rapid jaws muttering around a nut: My number not up yet not yet bub not yet -- Now tell me why you ever thought you could improve on this music, this hunger. ~ Ruth L. A wine bottle fell from a wagon and broke open in a field. That night one hundred beetles and all their cousins Gathered and did some serious binge drinking. They even found some seed husks nearby and began to play them like drums and whirl. This made God very happy. Then the "night candle" rose into the sky and one drunk creature, laying down his instrument, said to his friend ~ for no apparent Reason, "What should we do about that moon?"
