I am a bowl of sugar. My thoughts are black flies.
Equanimity

As I laid in bed one moring with my daughter asleep in my arms I wondered if my love for her could ever be extended equally to all other beings. I cannot attain infinite compassion until I see both my daughter and a drunk, dirty old man laying on the sidewalk with equal eyes. My practice of seeing all of The One as equal is thereby challenged.
Just as the mother responds to her small, beloved and suffering child, when you develop a spontaneous and equal sense of compassion towards all sentient beings, you have perfected the practice of compassion. And this is known as great compassion. -Bhavanakrama (The Middle Stages of Meditation)

Where does the border of the sun end? Can one say that it ever ends? In the center of the sun, one encounters the gasses that make up the sun. On the 'surface' one encounters the sun flares and sunspots. Surrounding the sun, one encounters the magnetic radiation and gravitational pull of the sun. When have we left the sun?
Standing on Earth, one encounters the light and heat as generated by the sun. Can it be said that Earth is not within the sun?
Standing on Pluto, one still encounters the light and other radiations generated by the sun. Have we left the sun now?
According to the physics of the known universe, visible light continues to travel in a straight line forever, as do the radio, gamma and other rays of bodies such as the sun. Does the sun ever end? Likewise where does any other object end?
Outside the surface of my skin emanates heat, an electric field and the metaphysical perception of the aura. My higher self is a member of a social memory complex existing light years from Earth from which mind communication occurs with those who call to it from anywhere in the galaxy.
I extent as far as the sun. The sun extends as far as I. Every vibration of Creation extends to meet every other vibration. There is no delineation. All is One.

Our Buddha Nature, which art inside, Hallowed be Aum. Thy incarnate, thy emptiness be sought In this realm as in nirvana. Give us alms for this day. And be for us compassionate while we find compassion for others. And lead us not into ignorance But deliver us from samsara. For thine is the realm, the view, the enlightenment, endlessly.

I stumbled over the confederation contact in one of my last channeling sessions at L/L Research.I asked Q’uo why this was. They said it was because I started to think about what had come through my mouth.“When you start to think your own thoughts, there is no room for our thoughts,” they said.
When I rest my mind in meditation, my thoughts ebb and the Light enters more fully. In our daily lives, our thoughts consume us and there is no room for the Light.I wear a bracelet to remind me to stop churning the minutia of endless, meaningless dross over and over in my head. When I let the Light enter, I can then move in Love in everything that I do.
Through this method, I can fulfill the desire, if only for a moment, to make His will my will.

The view of God I have been working with recently consists of seeing Creation as an oversoul composed of the consciousnesses of all its many expressions. God is the some of its parts. In this way I can start to see the Buddhist perspective of God as empty. There is no God but that which is every vibration consisting of Creation: rocks, trees, stars, water, mind complexes, sound, animals, thought forms, me and you. Each of these things are no more than vibrations held together by our own intention. This is God. We are God.

When I was young, I tried to explain the Oneness to people by telling them to take clay and make themselves, then make the Earth and put yourself on it. Now, make the trees and animals and all other people. Now, use the clay to make the air of Earth, and the sun and the light from the sun and the light from all other suns. Fill it in with all the radio waves and X-rays coming from space. What you have is a big hunk of clay. Where do you end and anything else begin?
