I am having trouble with this, I have never applied this inwardly, I try to think about what I did, why I did, it, and realize that I was either ignorant to what I was doing, or in so much pain that I just didn't care, but I am at a loss as to what to do after that, I tell myself, I forgive you, I love you, it's time for us to heal, ect ect.. but.. I feel like there are other more effective things I could explore, anyone have some ideas?
