Not sure but seems logical, given the length of the transition period.

Earth's 4D sphere is only recently being populated with graduates. This 4D population presumably does not include dual-activated from other planets and it only includes recently harvested graduates from Earth. However, the reproductive process continues through the transitional body, presumably. That transitional body is of the dual activated type, presumably. So basically the wanderers and non-4d-harvestible souls will leave this planet after natural death sometime during the harvest period (a lifespan) and the remaining population will be comprised of souls with the transitional-body.

That's different than how I have stored it, which is that so far (circa 1981, at least) the 4D sphere is only being populated with the dual-activated graduates from elsewhere.

I think Ra makes a distinction between the 4D plane and the 3D plane with respect to dual-activated. The 4D plane does not contain dual-activated, but rather wholly 4D bodies.

Ok, then there must be a distinction made between "4D sphere" and "4D plane". Where the 4D sphere includes those with "the potential for 4D work", whereas the 4D plane would be the one incompatible with 3D vibrations.

I know I don't feel homesick, as I feel at peace here. Though I'm dealing with greater catalyst than I used to. As I raised my vibration, it just had to come out. Though the awareness at this point is amazing.
