We navigate life through our understanding of opposites. By assuming a false opposite we will get a confused direction.

The general view on life, is that the opposite is death; life and death.
This is a very misleading view in my experience that brings a momentum of stress in to our life.

The opposite of life, is fear.
Once I started to see this clear, it changed my relation to life.
This is not a "life and death" situation, it´s a "life and fear" situation. A lot less harsh, don't you agree?

Fear is a desire for unconsciousness of a thing.

Life and faith is a desire for consciousness of a thing.

In truth, there is only consciousness.

    Fears are definitely worth examining.
