Tickly Feeling

I get this tickly feeling that feels like it's in my digestive system. I actually like it. It feels like when you're going over the top of a roller coaster on that first drop. That moment when it gets tickly over your whole body. Except this is inside of me. Sometimes the tickly feeling can carry on for a minute.

Anyone else get this? I get them in different parts of my body. And I enjoy when they happen. Sometimes it's even in my chest.
