RE: Dancing with Dragons and Death
Your choice of technique is a good one, Lulu. When you breath in the energy, it may be useful to circulate the breath from the back of the skull, up and then down the front, as I have found that to be the most vulnerable area. Also, you may want to add a second part to it which I have found useful which includes the full cycle of expelation. After one consumes, it also requires an elimination or release. So for myself a powerful technique I use is to with my in-breath pulling in white light in to my body, and then with the out breath releasing black smoke.
There are also mantras and such which could be powerful and useful, such as Shanti. However, it is quite true that so long as we hold within us pain, there is pain to be amplified by others. Love Life |

From what I have learned for myself, what you suggest for me, won't work because breathing in white light will enhance the disturbance at the temple increasing the uncomfortable sensations by asking for something to be different then it is. I just try at this time, to let it pass through me on my out breath let it drain out into the earth, makes me feel a little scowley. Ideally I think it should be consummated somehow and then transmuted on it's way out of me but that would take a partner. I don't care for calling in those spirits. Your comment about pain is stated in a way that if I took it how you might have intended would indicate you are saying I have the same anxiety and it is amplified by others. This is actually, not truth. I have no anxiety around the issues that they are experiencing that is WHY I can feel them so clearly and distinguish it from my own sensations of myself. I've traveled a long road to determine my feelings vs. others, and I know explicitly what my own energy feels like. Lulu The frequency is so different, that is why I FEEL it physically. |

RE: Dancing with Dragons and Death
Wow, I just realized that your story on this page is actually a Hero's Journey. Legit, you could take this story and understand the path of the fall and the return to grace with ease.
“I am not of the mysteries of this world. I am the Gatekeeper to what lies beyond it. When they are ready, I ferry those who have gathered all that they can in this place to another learning ground- a world of things beyond this realm’s understanding.”

So true Plenum!
I've been as high as an angel in heaven next to God in my experiencing. And I've been as low as a black hole. Thank God for good friends and Loki, my wolfy. |

Well, thanks for this. (Post 22)
When I read it I really enjoyed it. Recently I printed it off to show to someone but they weren't interested in it (too young). So now I have a copy to go through when I want.

Thank you for sharing you're journey!
I found myself wrapped in you're writings, so much simple truth yet so hard to follow. Also the "sci-fi" setting = win ![]() Akhtu: Reloaded, had quite an emotional impact as well, I felt lighter and still do then I was before reading it .) I luve you, for who you are. Bless you, thank you for being as well
