I request help with a project that I consider to be of importance. Help required must be available immediately and be able to use photoshop cs5, Wikipedia, and be a creative person.
Work is building a deck of cards as per my instructions as fast as possible by using above mentioned resources. Purpose of card deck is to work as a universal translator for peace amongst peoples. Project is my last 2½ months of work coming to a culmination. Help/Service is requested. Simple, repetitive, easy, creative and urgent.
