I've heard it said that advanced scientific concepts were mentioned in the LOO that were later discovered or proven by the scientific community.
Has anyone compiled a list of those concepts? (I have a geek in the family who would find it interesting if such documentation exists.)

Hi DreamingPeace! I haven't come across an actual list of proven statements, but I do know of a web site that has categorized all subject matter wthin the LOO series. If you haven't seen it yet, it does a great job at helping you get to the bottom of whatever it is you seek: http://www.lawofone.info/results.php?cat...&sc=1&ss=0 This link provides results that involve Science and Physics. I know it doesn't answer your question as to whether science has proven any of the statements, but it's a start in that direction. A little research on the web might show scientific journals that discuss and conclude on the same points made within the LOO. Steve

I remember Ra saying that some civilizations utilize hydrogen in a way unknown to us to power their spacecraft.

Over at David Wilcock's website, three free books that have a strong LOO philosophic background have been written. http://divinecosmos.com/index.php?option...&Itemid=30 Those books are what first got me into all of this stuff. It will take many months to fully absorb all of the knowledge within.

I don't necessarily agree with all of DW's conclusions, but he definitely did a fine job with those books, compiling all that scientific data into one place. I refer people to those books frequently.
Hey guys, I think I may have found some ahead-of-it's-time-science in the Law of One. I'm trying to find some documentation to prove it. This is the passage to which I'm referring:
Questioner: Thank you. I think that possibly I am on an important point here because it seems to me that the great work in evolution is the discipline of personality, and it seems that we have two types of entities moving around the universe, one stemming from disciplines of personality, and the other stemming from what you call the slingshot effect. I won’t even get into the sub-light speeds because I don’t consider that too important. I only consider this material important because of the fact that we are considering disciplines of the personality. Is the use of the slingshot effect for travel what you might call an intellectual or a left brain type of involvement of understanding rather than a right brain type? Ra: I am Ra. Your perception on this point is extensive. You penetrate the outer teaching. We prefer not to utilize the terminology of right and left brain due to the inaccuracies of this terminology. Some functions are repetitive or redundant in both lobes, and further, to some entities the functions of the right and left are reversed. However, the heart of the query is worth some consideration. Okay and here's part of an article summarizing something written by Jerre Levy: "The author shows the up to date agreed upon theory of the two hemispheres in five simple points. 1. The two hemispheres are so similar that when they are disconnected by split-brain surgery, each can function remarkably well, although quite imperfectly 2. Although they are remarkably similar they are also different. The differences are seen in contrasting contributions. Each hemisphere contributes something to every action a person takes. 3. Logic is not confined to the left hemisphere. Although dominant in the left logic is present in the right hemisphere. 4. There is no evidence that either creativity or intuition is an exclusive property of the right hemisphere. Same theory as #3. 5. Since the two hemispheres do not function independently, and since each hemisphere contributes its special capacities to all cognitive activities, it is quite impossible to educate one hemisphere at a time in a normal brain. Levy comes to the conclusion that people are not purely left or right brained. There is a continuum in which the hemispheres work together in harmony." One of my professors was sort of poking fun at the sort of tests that tell people whether they are right brained or left brained, and so later I asked him what he thought of it, and he said basically something to the effect of what Ra said. I'm just not sure exactly how well known it was that this was innaccurate at the date of the reading. This article does state that what Levy was saying was based on the most up-to-date research, and it was written in 2003...soooo not absolute proof or anything, but a good indication that Ra might have been saying something that science only found out about later. Maybe.

The idea that the reality we know is an illusion is something that echoes throughout the Law of One material. I've read in Brian Greene's book "The Elegant Universe" about how Black Hole scientists can prove based upon a black hole's entropy that space is not like we think it is but instead made of holographic "pixels". Also a month ago I think it was Newscientist came up with an article explaining why some scientists are beginning to believe that the reality we are perceiving is just some sort of hologram. Anyway would love to hear what you guys think...
