I'm not talking about dreams, because you forget those.

But in meditation, can you reach a state where the world you're in feels and seems as real as the physical?

I've never gotten that far yet. It always seems still not quite there. For instance, I can't smell or taste anything in the mental plane.

A shaman lady told me I could become an anthro in the mental/spiritual plane. I can visualize myself as one, but it doesn't seem fully real,
even though it has brought me goosebumps.

How do you make your mental realm fully real?

I dunno, I have visualization at a level that makes me envious when working on art on the computer (I just want it to be as easy to make art as it is in my mind) but I have no sense of taste or smell either in what I suppose is an astral body. I've pretty much always been non-corporeal in my explorations thusly, though one of my characters who's stubbornly made herself into a tulpa status entity who hangs out with me most of the time, has been able to physicate herself enough to touch ME. It is not the same as physical touch. She likes to push boundaries though so I've let her fool around with it, but I'm not sure she'll ever be much more than a character on a page, plus a sentient, eh, astral object? She objects to that description. Certainly she has as much individuality and character faults and all required to pass as a person who isn't me.

I don't WANT to make my mental realm fully real, though, but use it as a helpful tool adjacent to my physical corporeal incarnate experience, which is a limited time offer unlike my mental realm, which presumably exists for all time in the astral.

My mental realm is real enough that I can seek spiritual help from ancestors, guides, angels, ET's and the like.
But it's usually symbolic the answers.
I don't know if I want a sense of psychic smelling that strong, because I could see it becoming overpowering.

Yeah, I wrote about tulpas some time ago. I was working on one, but I let it go for some reason.
Then I communicated with an ET being here in 3rd density a few months ago.
I am changing my interests all the time. It seems I can't stick with something for long.

In my experience, the s.c. "real" or "physical" is becoming more and more translucent and unreal, not the other way around. And that is how I see it: the mind/body complex and it's "senses" are more instruments of projection (of a dream) and less of perception. The 3rd density experience is less "real" than anyone of a higher frequency.

So, no, I never have any wish to condense/slow down phenomena of higher densities which are much closer to my true nature to the heavy and unnatural illusory level of the 3rd density. Honestly, I can't remember any more how exactly it felt to believe that the 3D dream was real. Smile

I think people should be glad that their mental realms are not so concrete.

I read a book called 'Journeys out of the body' by Robert Monroe. He describes realms that he visited where thoughs can manifest as objects and beings are made of light and there appearance is changeable. From what I know about spiritual beings is that they are more concerned about a beings vibration than their physical form. He experienced these things as journeys beyond the physical realm in what he called 'the second body' and he always came back to the physical afterwards.

If you are having issues accepting your form, In the Law of One Ra suggets gazing into a mirror and seeing yourself as the creator.

What was explained to me by the most advanced spiritual adept I have met is that there are different planes, where different things are possible. When we incarnate we enter into the earth plane, but we are still connected to the inner planes. From the Ra material it seems to me that we have different bodies that exist in these different planes, such as the astral or the etheric...etc.

It is my belief that there are guardian beings that police what can enter the earth plane. Ra mentions that confederation missions need to be allowed by the council of Saturn that sits in a continual telepathic meeting.

From what I have learned is that there is a lot of new age material and occult material that can lead one astray. I found the most guidence from the meditative traditions of yoga/Buddhism/Hinduism where people have been trying to keep one foot in the trancendental world and one foot in the physical world for millenia.

It depends what you calls "real". To astral inhabitant, astral plane is real as our physical plane is real to us. It's a question of manifestation perspective.

She appeared to me in a dream and then I met her for real the next day. She didn't really say who she was. She wore black robes and she also had shoulder pads with rainbow mandala patterns on which she sometimes wore. It's my belief that she was an adept from a secret society. She was telepathic and knew things about me and my life that I had never told her. She gave me a blessing where she was using hindu mudras and she said something like a mantra in sanskrit. She told me about some of the difficult spiritual experiences and health problems I was having. She told me about some of my past lives and then did a healing on me.
