The video is suggesting that if I don't like myself, I can invent a new one?

And if I follow some steps I can reprogram myself?

As long as I accept this suggestion that I am merely a program, I can rewrite myself?

Why would I want to rewrite my soul?

The analogy of driving around in a biological "virtual reality suit" is the very problem I have with this first video. An incarnate fantasy lacks the depth and experience compared to that of the spirit acting as the incarnate entity.

Am I hearing this correctly? I can program myself to obtain more cheeseburgers if I don't like what my life is "programmed" to experience?

I'm all about taking responsibility for our growth, and its suggestion to "not give up" is so true. But to not face the music, and expect to have only comfortable experiences when we take a hard look at ourselves -- in my experience, that is not what this incarnation is about.

Not a fan of David Wilcock's teachings though.
