I just ordered this grounding/earthing mat for indoor use.

I can't walk outside barefoot because we get sticker burrs all over our yard
and they are painful.

I don't get it. How does plugging this into a wall and putting your feet on it help you ground?

It only uses the round hole in the socket, not the powered ones.
It allows electrons to flow better.

I build up a bunch of dense energy that I need to get rid of at times.
I've been disoriented before not being able to clear it.

I don't know the exact time/space phenomenon that makes it work though.

I just got it today, and wow. I was feeling energy before,
but with grounding it seems to be a little more intense.
At least the first few minutes.

Sounds good. I'm not convinced by such tech but if it works for you and you can feel the difference, that's great. I wish I could ground myself more, to be barefoot on soil, grass, sand etc rather than shoes and socks in a concrete jungle...

If you have a look at the scientific paper on grounding the body which Anodyne helpfully posted, you can see that it's definitely possible to use a technological substitute to get the benefits of grounding. The technology is really as basic as it gets, essentially just extending the ground (or rather the electric function of the ground) into a person's house using conductive materials.

If you have a sensitive nervous system then grounding, especially while sleeping, would seem to have great benefits if the results of the tests in that paper are to be believed. A grounding mat like the one described by IGW here would seem the best way to get the grounding benefits for someone inside the "concrete jungle".

Yes, it's an exchange of electrons from what I read.
I won't sleep on it, because I toss and turn all night
and it's said to be not that durable over time.

I rest my feet on it while I am using the computer.

I will seek as far as I can go, so that I may find myself
in that same extent of the Light we find ourselves on.

I also have like 800 posters of Sacred G Fusion, created
by Core Love (formerly Cory Herter). I had them under my bed,
but they kept me up at night. Their pattern is what the
entrance to Hyperspace looks like. Geometric patterns.

I'm also starting to hear guidance from within my head
in an audible format. Though it hasn't given anything useful.
Just ordinary stuff like "The kids can't go to school."

So I am building my clairaudience.
