Whenever I am not in that lucid, ever-deepening state (continuously harmonizing with arising thoughts), I can't get it out of my head how unaware and clouded my mind is. This is a good thing, right? A thought that helpfully nags, drives me back toward mindfulness?
Any remedies? Or just what is your personal response to this thought.
