Ra: I am Ra. The vibratory nature of your environment is true color, green. This is at this time heavily over-woven with the orange ray of planetary consciousness. However, the nature of quanta is such that the movement over the boundary is that of discrete placement of vibratory level.

What does that mean?

Are we now in the 3rd or 4th dimension ? Since some time now, several authors claims the planet have entered into 4d and that the vibration will continue to increase incrementally over the years. Is it true ?

Our galaxy has spiraled into 4th density space/time. This doesn't make our planet automatically fourth density, but it begins to accrete a fourth density physical layer to it.

Imagine a circle on a 2d plane. Now imagine if that 2d circle began to spin or spiral around into the 3rd dimension. When it gains enough momentum it takes on the appearance of a 3 dimensional sphere. It's a rough analogy, but it is a similar concept. The idea is: movement within a new psycho/spiritual/physical spatial direction is beginning to occur.

When our planet became 3rd density, it first spiraled into the 3rd density vibrational spectrum or space/time (and associated time/space), which allowed 3rd density structures to form on its surface. This allowed 3rd density vehicles to coalesce -- bodies that could sustain yellow ray awareness, behaviors, and artifacts in the red ray physical plane. This didn't make the 2D physical layer go away. It just added another layer to the cake of identity. Similarly, fourth density is adding another physical layer -- an etheric like layer to our bodies that can sustain 4th density consciousness in the red ray physical plane. This is a naturally psychic layer, that has conscious access to this fourth dimension we call "time".
