There is one thing about the 12 (or 13) chakra system being connected to the "chromatic scale" which is often mentioned that i dont understand.
I understand the connection to the diatonic scale (Major scale to be more exact c d e f g a b c), since this can easily be derived from natural "harmonics" (does one say uppertones in english?).
The cromatic scale however is completely artificial, a human intervention (i think around 1670).
Nowhere in nature can this be observed, you would need to incorporate notes from across hundreds of octaves to get a chromatic scale.
Can anyone shed some light on this or point me to what im missing here?
