I would discern two different kinds or levels of trust:
One would be like faith. Even if a situation seems to be really bad, i would trust that my higher self planned this for my best and there will be a solution to it, even if i cant see it. I would trust in life to be ultimately supportive. The other "trust" for me would be: i feel safe with a person or with a community. I trust that they wont do me harm orbetray me, thus allowing myself to relax, to open up and to show my vulnerability.
