Nice. I have looked into Qi Gong and did practice a few exercises when I had an injured shoulder last year. I used to go to Taoist Tai Chi classes some years ago as a drug rehab preference. What I find particularly interesting about this video is that the narrator goes into detail about what the exercises are for, as normally I would just go by intuition and cherry pic exercises that felt right. The triple heater for example seems to explain why I have a sensation of burning feet to the point of it preventing me from going to sleep (Imagine dragging a table to the edge of your bed, putting a tower fan on top, tilted about 18 inches away from your feet and putting it on max setting. That's me!).

Yeah I work with it in various capacities, it has both healing/health benefits as well as empowerment and growth.
