Dream of Divination

Dear All,

I was hoping someone here might be able to interprit my dream that i had last night. It is a dream that has revolutionised my spirituality and has had an extremely profound impact on my sense of being.

Dream

I was in a room filled with benches, i was sat there with other people i had never met before, i didnt look at anyone as i didnt need to but i knew they were there. A lady walked into the room and said "who's the one writing a book?". I thought for a moment, well i am but i havent done it for a while. I replied to her saying "I am", she said, "Its a very good thing". (my book is more an autobiography about my childhood, such as foster care, abuse etc). At this point i was sitting on the stairs, at the top of them, there was a man standing a few steps down from me, i was crying, he looked at me, he took a peice of paper i was holding in my hand, he held it to his nose and smelled it, as soon as he smelt it, he quickly turned to me, he lifted his hand but without touching me he could levitate me. I was floating in the air by his thought. He used his other hand to pull things out of me but never touching me, i can only describe this as being evil entities, thats what it felt like as the mans actions felt very benevolent. I was crying as he did this, he was turning my upside down etc, all different ways. Everytime he pulled something out of me, i felt myself get lighter. He stopped and said, "I counted 12, i cant pull anymore out yet". He laid me on the floor at which point i was still upset. He performed the same action again and said, "right thats 20 and thats definately all i can do". I stopped being upset. Another man walked into the room. He was very tall, pale skin, dark clothes on and blonde hair that was ruffled. He told me to lay on the floor on my back which i did, he said put your arms out across the floor, which i also did. He then started to chant/sing, i couldnt make out the words he was saying but then i could hear him. He was standing over me from the bottom of my feet[/b] and the words he sang were as follows.

"I'm putting a Hex on you, i'm giving you the power of divination". He did this with his hands to the air and then i started to cry again.

I then stood up and the original man in my dream said to me..."they will try to get back into you but they wont manage anymore, you might feel them trying to get in you, it'll feel like your being pushed but be strong because your covered in light now". He then finished by saying, i'll take the rest out later.

At which point i woke up feeling extremely calm, i only felt very tired, almost like i had been through that ordeal in real life.

Does anyone have any light they may shed on this dream i have had?

It might also be worth knowing that i have never ever heard of the word divination before until i googled it after i woke up. I also didnt recognise anyone in my dream although they felt good and familiar.

Any thoughts would be most welcome as i have had much success in bring4th before.

Firstly, write the book. It is how you excise your demons. It strikes me very much as a solving of the past within yourself.

Secondly, follow up on divination. I tend to think, though this is completely unproven so you shouldn't take my work for it, but I tend to think we all have almost like a prime gift and even though we are all a bit telepathic, telekinetic, precognitive, gifted in archetypal understandings or knowledge etc. We will tend to have some that we will develop more than others.

Thank you Pheonix, it never struck me about completing the book...now that i think of it, that was the first part of the dream and that which led to the remaining aspect of the dream. Would you be able to clarify what Divination is? I have googled it but it is giving me lts of answers, how do i know what form of divination i should pursue?

Divination, in my understanding is 'reading the future' often through the use of symbolism.

Investigate different things and see what makes sense to you perhaps. You may find you already do infact know. Tarot cards, though I have never tried to see the future with them (except for an election), I can attest they have great archetypal power. Others include crystal balls, dreamstate (a good possibility) and many others.

Benches symbolizes waiting. The other people seem to be your spirit guides and/or other selves, waiting for you to show you / tell you something

i didnt look at anyone as i didnt need to but i knew they were there

You're subconsciousness in the dream sensed it was safe and they were spirit guides and/or other selves, confirming this for you in case doubt came into play.

A lady walked into the room and said "who's the one writing a book?". I thought for a moment, well i am but i havent done it for a while. I replied to her saying "I am", she said, "Its a very good thing"

Seems you are possibly destined on a karmic level or catalyst level to write this book before this incarnation ends. You are being encouraged to do this for your spiritual growth.

Stairs are symbolic for "levels you are currently at". Being that you are on the top symbolizes you are now ready to do this task.

Asking for help / assistance / guidance

Smelling is one of our 3D senses. He was sensing the content of what was on the paper to evaluate and possibly judge it for approval.

One of your major guides and/or other selves that is working with you on this karma. Levitating you is giving you the confidence in him and showing you nothing is impossible, (including your task of the book).

He used his other hand to pull things out of me but never touching me, i can only describe this as being evil entities, thats what it felt like as the mans actions felt very benevolent

Your guild and/or other self is completing the removal of karma that you've been working on consciously or subconsciously. Some lesson(s) are completed and you may think that they are not on some level. He is making it perfectly clear that these lessons are conquered.

When lessons and karma is removed from you, you get a spiritual one'ness feeling that balances your energy centers and makes you cry from the blessedness of joy.

When you have a lot of "stuff" at the same time that you need to work out, you feel heavy, weighted, (in reality, this is too much earth energy - not being in balance). Now with the karma/lessons removed, you feel something that you have not felt in a while - sky energy in your auric field - you are probably much more balanced, but feeling/sensing the sky energy, (when you've been all about earth energy), makes you seem/feel lighter.

12 represents and is the number of what is completed, (IE your lessons/karma), which forms a whole, a perfect and harmonious unit, (the new you without the karma). In the ancient civilizations, like Oriental and Judaic, it corresponds to the plenitude, the completion and the integrality of a thing.

20 represents "the fundamental differentiation which creates in the world two relatively antagonistic poles". This is telling you you are now in balance - in your energy and your soul. Also 20 symbolizes resurrection or to the reincarnation. Meaning in your case the re-birth of the new you with your new energy now that you removed some karma and lessons that activated you spiritually.

Another man walked into the room. He was very tall, pale skin, dark clothes on and blonde hair that was ruffled

Tall man symbolizes closer to the universe having the knowledge that is unknown to most.
Pale Skin symbolizes receiving a gift on some level.
Dark Cloths - Clothes can express our personality or be used to hide away our imperfections. Dark clothes may indicate depression and secrets, (in your case, the latter).
Blonde Hair symbolizes and indicates a guide. Whatever they say in the dream is infallible. However, if the hair is dyed blonde it indicates a sham – either you or someone in your life is pretending to be pure of thought.

He told me to lay on the floor on my back which i did, he said put your arms out across the floor, which i also did. You were being healed in the sense of being put back in balance energy-wise. The symbolism of divination is to foresee, to be inspired by a god. Seems you possibly were given a gift of one or more attunements symbols that were being imbedded in your soul and being to foresee, (if you practice and learn this art), with the blessing, knowledge and wisdom of positive energy.

and then i started to cry again

I then stood up and the original man in my dream said to me..."they will try to get back into you but they wont manage anymore, you might feel them trying to get in you, it'll feel like your being pushed but be strong because your covered in light now"

He is talking about the karma/lessons that may try to challenge you, but now that your energies were put into balance, the karma/lessons will bounce off of you, so-to-speak. You will instantly prove you are worthy of not having the karma/lessons that were removed, (by you and your hard work consciously and subconsciously).

He then finished by saying, i'll take the rest out later

This guild and/or other self is here to assist you in this incarnation and will allow you to know he is there with you again, probably when you conquer another "set" of attached major karma/lessons, and will work on your energies to balance you once you remove the karma/lessons from your being.

At which point i woke up feeling extremely calm, i only felt very tired, almost like i had been through that ordeal in real life

As a side note, may I respectfully recommend for you to keep your Chakras and energy in balance. This seems to be very important for you in regards to your karma/lessons and continued spiritual growth. You do not want your guides/other selves to do all the work, (trust me - you don't want that added karma), you want to do what you can and allow the assistance and guidance to come in and do what they need to do....to "assist" you.

Hi Sorrun,

Yet again you have silenced me with your interpritation. It truely is remarkable how you have managed to decipher my dream into a recognisable state. Since this dream i have had others, they are more about what i can only describe as Earth Changes, a strange unknown planet and a biological entity never before discovered (bacteria of some sorts). I was given a sign of when this will occur but it has to do with certan alignments of planets and the moon, i'm trying to learn this as i type so that i can confirm a date of when these things will occur and maybe i'll post my dreams on here later.
Anyways, i am forever grateful to you for being able to take the time to share your thoughts with me, i notice this is the 4th dream of mine you have managed to explain to me and i was wondering where you get your talents from?

Why is the date important? What would you do differently if this event were to happen next week as opposed to next year or in ten years or a hundred?

Its not really what i would do, more what i could do for others! Ny just telling people my thoughts or dreams is planting a seed that may help others with the possibilities of creation.

Its not that i would try to avoid the situation, i would try to survive of course by taking refuge in a safer area but at the end of the day what can we do? Nothing really except have faith in what lies boyond the veil.

Excellent breakdown of the dream Sorrun. Remember Jamie, we each interpret our experiences - and this reality/illusion - differently, and hence symbolism is a very personal thing. If Sorrun's words resonate with you, it's a great indicator that they are aligned with your own truths.

A very interesting dream. Make sure you keep a dream diary, even with dreams that seem random or 'less important'. Perhaps even post them on a blog. A dream of being given the gift of divination is a very profound one, a gift that is to be shared.

You should try pendulum dowsing (Google it). You ask questions for Yes/No answers. It's good fun and very easy to get results with. If you indeed have this gift, you may find it's a great way to start to develop your skill.

i was wondering where you get your talents from?

From practicing dream interpretation, symbolism, and two forms of energy channeling. Mostly the energy channeling. The symbolism is nothing/meaningless and can be totally off, directing you in the wrong direction, without the energy guiding me to tap into you. There is a place where I seem to go to / tap into that's at an almost unimaginable distance in space/time and the awareness of your dream and your subconsciousness, interprets things for me. It not really me doing the interpretation - it's the energy allowing me to read it, (like reading a book, or watching a movie, so-to-speak).
Yes, I noticed after I did the above interpatation, that this was the 4th one I did for you. If you go back to the others, then re-read this one, you will notice a "progression". Soak this knowledge and awareness up like a sponge. There is much more underlying reasoning you are having these dreams - much more reasoning than the obvious. I felt/saw/sensed it when I was "at that place where I go", but this is for you to delve into.
