In the name of mental health I desire to educate myself in physics and geometry.  Textbooks are confusing to me, could anyone recommend educational texts for Math from Algebra to Trigonometry to Calculus and such?

Other welcome subjects include Psychology, Chemistry and Biology, Accounting and Entrepreneurship,  Creative Writing, Home Economics, Carpentry, Automechanics, construction...

To name a few.  Textbook shopping is nauseating...  But I like to read and learn, I should get some I can use for years to come.
Anyone wanna help me explore on their down time or provide hints to how to better easily find inexpensive but still accurate textbooks?

I'd be looking for free ones. This site seems promising:

A classic book on physics is Understanding Physics by Isaac Asimov..the popular sci-fi writer who was once a professor.
