On an episode of Married With Children, the healthiest man in Chicago died after eating bon bons. I wonder if super healthy people are less tolerant to unhealthy foods.

I would say something of the sort would exist indigo. In that as you rid the body of toxins, and become "healthy". I would believe you would have more adverse reactions being reintroduced to toxic foods. Such as heavily processed foods containing heavy metals, and nutrients in an inert unusable form. A good example of this is ground up bones, being used as a vitamin c fortifier. Which is practically useless to the body, in that form.
