Iv'e read an interview with a whistleblower. He claimed that they conduct experiments on people etc. Another thing that was kind of weird, he said they had on one of the lower levels, a soul exisitng in an "astral plane" that they somehow manage to hold as a prisoner using ET technology. If you check out the remote view forums you will find descriptions of DoD being shielded from RV. You will also find mention of rooms that can hold you if you manage to get in somehow. It sounds more to me the mind rather than soul.
