"With the energy blocked by over-activity or numbness of emotion", the spotlights is usually on the over activity part in discussions..  eg over active in emotions of self or to much group thinking etc.. but the numbness of emotion its important to recall too!

These two extra paragraphs are important to show how transformation isnt a linear progression.. Not the myth of 'oh transformation is coming soon'.. its time for a meditation retreat in the mountains to bring it on! In a way its empowering as those transformations come any time during normal day to day life.. it provides an excitement that you don't know what to expect. So basically be prepared for any random moment for it to happen Well of course there are clues and hints on when its near but how near.. well that is the surprise!

Thats fine thank you too for highlighting it.. and hence also giving an excuse for a further comment below   something wanted to do yesterday but did not as the last part of the quote is a handy reminder..

Blue ray is dependent on that beingess.. that comes from that balance from red to green.. more that beingess is balanced, well communication can be easier not just to rocks but any first density or second density or fourth and beyond.  Interestingly quote mentions"not of your own density"  so you can communicate well to others in third density but not necessary be in balance...

The quote above is in relation to a question about the balance between humour and taking experiences seriously.. well in a spiritual sense not a wordly sense. So if a spiritual experience is getting intense humour can ease the pressure, in that kind of way.
