To correct the title of my post just a tad bit, "technically" he is not "explaining" the Law of One, but giving you a scientific lens to understand the Ra materials. Thomas Campbell is a NASA physicist that is now doing research on consciousness, and he arrived at quite a bit of "new" information about Reality, and our existence.
