Negative polarization chakras

I've been visualizing energy coming in through my crown chakra, and in through my root chakra and meeting at my heart.

But it feels really dense in my solar plexus.

Ra said that the negative entity is very compacted in their solar plexus. Though that was fifth density.

I don't feel much if anything in my heart chakra.

But I feel very dense and absorbing instead of radiating my solar plexus.

Is this something I shouldn't worry about?

I set my intention to radiate love like a sun.

I am absorbing so much energy, it is like being under water and the energy pushes into you.

Though I don't feel separated. I feel in balance with the watery energy, like I'm sort of floating in it.

Now my field is radiating outward from the feel of it.
So it goes between absorbing and radiating.
Maybe both at the same time.

I would think the denseness in your solar plexus is due to relationships, societal constructs, and etc.

The body naturally absorbs and releases all kinds of aspects. Think food, and the removal of toxins. The absorption and radiating effect your speaking of is an time/space effect, and is in some ways related to how the biological body functions, however I wouldn't relegate it in a absorption or radiating aspect but rather functions or how you function. In the work you do and how you use the body to causate action. When you are radiating energy you can literally see light radiating from the being in time/space.

I would honestly think the feeling your getting in your plexus of absorption is equal to the "stress" being put on orange ray.
