    Its a great comfort food. Its very *filling*, and still healthy. It makes me feel all warm and cozy inside.  

    For me its: whole oats in hot water, once cooked, then add a generous amount of raw honey and organic peanut butter. cinnamon is a nice addition too.

    I believe they also have Real Vanilla that's not an extract.
    Extract has alcohol in it.
    The real vanilla is more expensive (not much more) but is supposed to be better.
