I think the effort of looking for love is the most important step. We don't always find what we're looking for, but you definitely can't find something if you aren't looking for it.

And one can act "lovingly" without feeling it (many people do it all the time in our society because they have been taught by society that is how they are supposed to act), but it is kind of like a robot without a soul -- what's the point? Not everything has to be about green ray. There are 6 other categories that experience may occur under. Empathy/compassion is nice, but so are the other fields of being. No need to force anything, desire and belief are the only required components to create a given reality. One usually naturally grows into the other given a harmonious evolution. Desire forms in consciousness due to its particular imbalances which naturally call for those experiences which will help balance it (this is also what we call karma). Desire attracts attention. This is usually the step where people get all scuppered up, due to the misprision with which attention is applied to the desire (we are often trained as a society to focus on why things can't happen rather than why they can, which of course just serves to make the reality of "why it can't" even more palpable). Attention causes the vibration to become more and more active and eventually, with enough activation, we begin to just matter of factly presume it to be reality. The vibration attracts all elements of thought that match its pattern. The thoughts connect with thought-forms, which connect with physical experiences. It is like the minute threads of a rope. The fine threads are intertwined around other fine threads which forms a larger and more tangible thread which are wound around more thread until you have one of those massive ship ropes that can be tied to large boats and used to tow them. It is a progression of influence from the the very fine to the very dense. Or from the subtle to the gross. "Much as your mind/body/spirit complex dwells within an hierarchy of vehicles and retains, therefore, the shell, or shape, or field, and the intelligence of each ascendingly intelligent or balanced body, so does each atom of such a material as rock. When one can speak to that intelligence, the finite energy of the physical, or chemical, rock/body is put into contact with that infinite power which is resident in the more well-tuned bodies, be they human or rock." Real faith cannot be forced. It is sort of like a growing plant. All you can really do is create harmonious conditions for its thriving (sunlight, water, nutritious soil, keep out the weeds), and let nature do the rest.

Funny how my identity has always been about separation from anything while the only few but strong desires I have requires unity. I am like two forces battling against each others. My intentions and intuitions are more tuned up to a positive path and unity while my mind and physical experience is more tuned up to seperation. I hope I have successfully reversed the wheel of negativity. I am constantly balancing myself in different ways. I'll get there sometimes. This thread has helped me a lot. Thanks to every partaker of this reality creation. This thread is one of my favorite so far. It just keeps on getting better.

We take on the mind complex specifically because it will always create separation. We'll always be rowing upstream, we just get stronger and better at it as we go, and hopefully update our vehicle (Chariot!!). Good look matrix!! It does just keep getting better.

I wonder if separation thrills us when all we know is unity.

I think it is seen in the same light as lifting weights or exercising or challenges in general. Exercising isn't always pleasant. In fact, its hard work, but it satisfies a deep need within us for growth and progression. I think the secret of life is learning to live within the illusion, but inwardly know the unity so intrinsically that you can even enjoy and savor the apparent separation, because you know deep inside that it is just a play in consciousness. Easier said than done, of course. A dream can be very scary until you know, without a shadow of a doubt, that you are dreaming, and then it actually becomes kind of fun.

Yeah, I stuck through a nightmare/dark dream once and was rewarded by a nice outdoor spring day where there were clean puddles of water that I slid on with my feet, spraying myself. The most comfortable dream I have had.

Wonderful thread to follow, thanks to everyone's contributions. Many of my own current contemplations surfaced in this thread.

Being love and "knowing" it's everywhere, will transform your reality. It's like whatever you put after "I am".... it is so. The universe has truly made us creators, and we create with thought. We have also been raised with negative reinforcement. And: not "make this happen", but "just keep that from happening". It's amazing how that shapes your life, it's a defensive approach, rather than a courageous one.

It's like whatever you put after "I am".... it is so. The universe has truly made us creators, and we create with thought. The fact is that, as human beings, we don't always relate to what surrounds us with love. And it's the crucial task of human life to change that, because it is the act of remaining loving beings regardless of what catalyst life throws at us that transforms 3D into the heaven of 4D-STO. So, yes, love is always there, but we do not always express it. But we do have the capacity to choose to do so, thereby transforming our personality shells, our relationships, and the world around us. anagogy Wrote:And one can act "lovingly" without feeling it (many people do it all the time in our society because they have been taught by society that is how they are supposed to act), but it is kind of like a robot without a soul -- what's the point? From my own journey end experiences, I resonate very strongly with this. Depending on which continent you were born, you were either told to imitate Jesus, Buddha, Mohammed, etc. There is no spiritual evolution in imitation and acting lovingly when its inauthentic. Inauthenticity keeps you from connecting with someone on a deep level, and being vulnerable. People respond to authenticity, and then they become authentic in return. Its quite a rare commodity in our society, as far as I'm concerned. Imitation is also suppression. So how did I go about opening my heart more regularly on a planet with a mixed harvest? And how did I inch closer and closer to creating a reality more to my liking. I believe in "thought currents" as explained by Prentice Mulford in his book Thoughts are Things. I used to follow the news on a regular basis, and I was always vibrating in fear, and as you know fear closes the heart. It was around the time when we had the xenophobic violence here in South Africa, and all the newspapers published graphic images of it, that I started deciding enough is quite enough. A picture of a man who was set alight was more or less the last straw for me. Quote:Thoughts are Things It has been many years now that I stopped following the horror show that the news media prepare for us daily, and the change in me has been gradual, but very pleasant and peaceful. I mostly notice how much I have changed when I end up in company where people who regularly follow the news speak of our bleak future, and I can sense how fearful they are. I also think this horror show is orchestrated, because the negatives know that when we vibrate in fear, precious little spiritual evolution is possible. And since then I could start taking little steps towards imagining Oneness and unity. These last couple of months I really started feeling very optimistic, which is a result of cultivating my mind and my thoughts over a long period of time. Long standing habits are hard to break. I never linger for long amongst people who have negative thought currents, the two energies just don't mix. So this has been one aspect of me creating a new reality for myself, because I have the power to choose what I expose myself to. The change happened from within, and little by little the anger and animosity started to dissipate. I stay true to my spontaneous reactions to things, whether its the desired ones or the undesired ones, and believe that the longer I cultivate love within myself, the more it will flow out into the world...no imitation and suppression. |
