Well basically the fundamental problem with language is that is the medium for expressing ideas. Now, ideas in themselves are personal constructs, while the words we use to express them are not. That is to say, words are symbolic representations of ideas.

What we express with words is never an exact representation of what we mean. Illusion is a misrepresentation, misperception of experience. I can read the words you say and derive a meaning of what you are saying but I can never know exactly what you mean by them because I don't live in your head. So, anything that will be expressed by words will be at some degree misrepresentation of what is meant, to the perceiver. Thus there is a degree of illusion at every level and form of language.
