There is evidence all over the world regarding cities that have been submerged for over 10,000 years. Fascinating.

If you're interested, watch a set of documentaries by Graham Hancock, called Quest for the Lost Civilisation. He has personally gathered much, much evidence.

This is a great video also:

Atlantis wasn't a city, it was a continent, spanning from the Caribbean to the Mediterranean. The closest thing to proof of its existence is a road found underwater called Bimini Road http://unitedcats.files.wordpress.com/20...i-road.jpg

This is Hancock's belief also, but extended to multiple continents.

    [Image: Glass-Pyramids-Discovered-at-Bermuda-Triangle-1.jpg]

Two Giant Underwater Crystal Pyramids Discovered in the Center Of the Bermuda Triangle:

"With the use of sonar, oceanographer Dr. Meyer Verlag discovered giant glass pyramids at a depth of two-thousand meters. The use of other devices have allowed scientists to determine that these glass giants are both made of a crystal-like substance, and are nearly 3 times bigger than the pyramid of Cheops in Egypt.

Dr. Verlag believes that further investigation into the secrets in the the pyramids center could reveal more information regarding the cases of mysterious disappearances associated with the Bermuda Triangle. In a press conference held in the Bahamas, the scientist presented a report with the exact coordinates of the pyramids, and made note that the technology at use is unknown to modern science. A more detailed study may bring results that are difficult for us to imagine. Who knows what will be discovered about these underwater architectural anomalies – perhaps something of shocking significance
    ."

    Ra about Bermuda Triangle:

Ra, 60.11 Wrote:Questioner: The next statement that I make may or may not be enlightening to me in my investigation of the pyramid energy, but it has occurred to me that the so-called effect in the so-called Bermuda Triangle is possibly due to the large pyramid beneath the water which releases this third spiral at discrete and varying intervals and when other entities or craft are in the vicinity of this it creates a situation where they change space/time continuum in some way. Is this correct?

    Ra: I am Ra. Yes.

Ra, 60.14 Wrote:Questioner: Then is the large underwater pyramid off the Florida coast one of the balancing pyramids that Ra constructed or some other social memory complex and if so, which one?

Ra: I am Ra. That pyramid of which you speak was one whose construction was aided by sixth-density entities of a social memory complex working with Atlanteans prior to our working with the, as you call them, Egyptians.

Seems like the mystery is solved now. :p

I don't know, I like the mystery of the imagery. But a more detailed study probably means 10 years.

This story keeps re-surfacing. Personally, I think this is 100% legitimate. However, there hasn't really been much more information/pictures of it in decades. I'm not even sure it is possible for a story like a massive crystal pyramid off the Florida coast to come out without infringing on the free will of a lot of people who 'don't believe in that nonsense', since that would shatter our current mainstream historical record.

    Hello all,

Just wanted to pop in to remind everyone to please:

-Try to keep discussion focused on the original topic.

-Please remain respectful while participating. This includes attempting to elaborate on a disagreement instead of curtly dismissing someone's contributions as "bullshit," and refraining from making personal statements about posters themselves and instead addressing their ideas.

    Thanks for your consideration!

Much oblidged Austin. Thank you. I may have stepped out of the bounds of my usually at least semi-courteous and courtly mannerism and been a tad bit too vulgar. I apologize for it.

I have a feeling Atlantis is/was in the Atlantic from the Bahamas up to Antarctica possibly. Think about it........Atlantic/Atlantis. I for some reason also believe that the Azores may be the only piece of land not underwater from Atlantis IMO.

As for Lemuria/Mu IMO it is more around Hawaii to Japan in that area of Mother Earth. Then again who knows? But it sure is fun to guess!

Yes another "contribution" - an anonymous internet (unrelated to science or technology) article with no accountability simply cut and pasted into a forum message because it has key words in it. Quite the contribution - calling bullshit certainly merits elaboration - yet wait, there was no elaboration provided in the first place...

No information found on this research project or oceanographer Dr. Verlag Meyer, which I read means 'Publisher Meyer' in German (is Verlag a person's name?).

When divers found Yonaguni, it was pretty widespread news. Why would this news be picked up by alternative news, only? Not even Daily Mail picked it up lol.

Btw the original story ran on a tabloid called Weekly World News http://weeklyworldnews.com/ who claimed that Facebook would end of May 15th, 2013. ah, ok...

Now cue the people saying there's a kernel of truth somewhere in every fictional story, and the spreading of that which might contain some tangential connection to that truth via free association, where one may fill in the blanks with imagination while ignoring the made-up bits, is justification enough for such irresponsible "contributing". After all, the desired ends of indulging sleep-oriented distractions which feed the appetites of escapism is continually endorsed here (tacitly), regardless of the reprehensible means used.

Ahh, first valuable contribution whole thread. This particular pyramid story / picture is/was a hoax. Thank you. Changes nothing of the validity of pyramids underwater however so the whole thread in an of itself is like most things. Filler.

Sorry, guys, that this story was a hoax. I didn't know cause I never checked it out properly as I don't care about this stuff. What Ra said about Atlantis and Bermuda Triangle is enough for me.

What I found inspiring about this story though, is that there might be scientists out there who go beyond the "traditional system", and who investigate "mysteries", just like Don did. He possessed a great, sharp mind, was a professor at a University *and* a pilot who passed a test that no one else did at the Eastern Airlines, but who nevertheless was seriously interested and investigated mysteries. And see where it led him?

What I also think would be great is if the exact location of this third spiraling light of the Atlantean Pyramid could be found, so that the mankind can avoid this spot, and no more "accidents" of dislocations would happen.

If only results were published from a University. Any university, really. That would be much easier to digest. At least for me, this time around.

The cited BBC article from 2001 said there is no evidence. So it's another non-critical, non-technology and non-science story that got legs due to conspiracy buffs liking the notion of a potential finding.

I was just adding it to the thread as i saw it and remembered this thread. I don't know if the pictures had popped up before or not and I know it's hardly from a source you would trust but that is for each individual to discern themselves.
