I'll theorize you feel you have a lack of control in some aspects of your life. I've had similar dreams -- albeit far more grotesque -- and I saw them as my subconcious interpreting my experiences as me being controlled or "dominated".

My dreams lately have been of very quiet times spent alone in nature. Walking along a moonlit path in the meadow, or digging in a garden somewhere (not like one I've actually worked in - at least not that I recall). Or just sitting on a beach somewhere listening to the waves wash in and out and listening to the call of the birds, and feeling the radiant warmth of the sun on me.

Lovely, peaceful, beautiful, blissful dreams!

I had a couple of dreams last night of which I can only remember a few snippets. In one I was playing some sort of role-playing game where each class was based on a mythological archetype. I was playing as a Hermes type character and the thing I remember was getting a new set of armor called the Armor of Thoth-Hermes.

In the second dream I remember my sister and I were involved in some sort of fashion show where people got up on stage dressed as various McDonald's products. We were supposed to be the pancake and sausage breakfast but we were running late and she had forgotten to change into her sausage costume so she tried to change while we were on stage but ended up just pulling her pants down and then getting her arms trapped in her shirt. So basically I was sitting there on the plate trying my best to look like a stack of pancakes while my sister exposed herself to the audience, it was very embarrassing lol.

This is the second dream I've had recently involving pancakes/being a pancake man. I wonder what that means haha.

I most certainly do take pleasure in the simple things in life, what I find interesting is that I am not cooking or eating the pancakes but becoming them. I wonder if that means that I am helping others to take pleasure in the simple things in life?

Oh, I'll add that last night I had a very clear dream about the comet PanSTARRS. I was watching it travel through the night sky and pointing it out to my loved ones.

I do have dreams where I move or fly from one place to another, healing people who are sick or injured. I also have dreams where I am in a spaceship shooting at other spaceships or dodging them at light-speed. I have no idea whether these dreams are events that actually happened in time/space.

I also heard that some dreams are out-of-body experiences (OBEs). Anyone here has experiences of OBEs? I will be delighted to hear your experiences.

I want to write this dream down before I forget it:

I start out in this car with this girl I previously knew throughout school -- even as early as elementary school. She is very tall with moderate-length blonde hair. We were driving around with a man and a woman that I could only percieve to be as her parents, albeit I doubt they look like the real life counter parts.

From time-to-time there were moments of flirtation as we traveled towards this large commercial building with tan bricks and large windows but a narrow parking lot.

Things blur a bit and I end up inside the building and going through lines of people with this family until I leave them and decide to sit alone on a bench in the middle of a large hallway. Everything looks so clerical with blues, natural wood panelings and beige walls. Everything looks very bright as sun is shining through glassed ceilings like a shopping mall. I see people and kids walking around, standing in lines and just being busy. I get the feeling I am in a large highschool but I am in the administrative component.

I walk to the lower part of the building and it's a lot darker. It feels like night time. It was full of activities, arcade games, gym equipment. Everything! People are eating at bars and food courts and everyone is dressed so formally but they are all high school kids! I am walking around disillusioned not feeling I fit in with this youth until I feel a surge of energy. Suddenly I yell out, "That's it! This is great! I want nothing! Nothing is everything! I can feel nothing because it is infinite!"

And then I wake up. Feel free to interpret this for me but it's a little weird. I am guessing I am reminiscing about I had no real social life in school. I was pretty much without any social capital.

I've started remembering my dreams every night since Easter and a common theme I've noticed is travel, but more specifically delayed travel. First dream was an old 3 masted sailing ship which I lost while exploring a tropical island and spent the whole dream searching for (when I finally got back to the ship the I kept apologizing to the captain and he just said "that's fine, did you have a good time?" and I realized I had been stressing out about finding the ship again that I had ignored the tropical paradise I had been exploring), next night I was on a road-trip in a jeep that got stolen when I got out to pay for a toll, after that I had a dream where I flew to Las Vegas but the American government collapsed before my return flight so I had to steal a motorbike from some bikers and Mad Max it back to Canada and then just last night I had a dream on a starship that was interrupted by a sort of zombie plague engineered by some mad scientist.

The other common theme is dreams about people I know from the internet . . . quite a few members of this forum have been making cameos (I solved a murder-mystery with zenmaster a couple nights ago lol)

I was traveling the planet teaching others how to "vortex". I could see movement around my body and I would "arc" like lightning to another location. I traveled as lightning throughout the dream state. At one point I visited my wife briefly and she was in shock at the glow emanating from my upper half. She kept reaching out to touch the edge of the field, and finally said I was glowing. I said "I know, I can see it radiating and reflecting from your face.

At two points in the dream I stopped to look at walls with messages, curious as to why the messages were in German.

I woke with a strong feeling of enjoyment and some sense of "who I am". I get out of bed and find my "space" had many Guides waiting to see how I interpreted the experience. When I ask them what I am they give me "lightning". My interest is piqued.

I have been having a lot of flying dreams recently, noted that I am afraid of hights, I seem to be gaining more and more confidence flying. In the latest one I was flying to an area with a group of friends but could not come to a stop and was flying horizontally to and a meter or two above the ground. In a previous one I was being looked for by the military and decided I would fly from Greece to England at night. The funny thing is that I was thinking about which coat I should wear and whether or not I could stop on a rock in Italy and check my tablet's GPS to make sure I am on the right course. I was also wondering if the electronics could take take the cold.

This morning I dreamt I was trying to have an OOBE but I couldn't and that my aunt and grandmother came to give me some kind of herb to help me out.

I had a weird synchronicity recently. I had a dream where I was aboard the Enterprise from Star Trek: The Next Generation and then two days later I watched an episode of the show that was almost exactly the same as the dream I had had. I imagine I must have been remembering the episode from having watched it when I was younger and while the dream and the episode were not perfectly the same there was the same sort of imagery and the themes were identical.

The episode in question is season 3 episode 11, The Hunted. In this episode the Enterprise is visiting a planet which wants to join the federation but while they are there there is a prison break at an orbital facility. The Enterprise captures the escaping prisoner and the crew discovers that he is a military veteran who has been physically and psychologically modified to be an expert killer. In fact he is so good at killing because he has no control over it, it's an instinctual reaction and even though it causes him great pain he can not help himself if he in any way perceives his freedom to be in jeopardy.

This theme of prison breaks has been popping up everywhere for(I wrote 'from' here by mistake . . . but it seems fitting ) me recently in the things I have been watching and reading, especially imprisonment of powerful beings who perhaps do not have full control over their powers. When I do tarot readings the Devil has been showing up a lot as well, along with the Magician. I feel as though something is afoot.

I remember that episode Spaced.

I started watching TNG again a few months back. Felt like I Should see if I get more of the tech jargon now since it felt a bit odd back then. After a while I realized I get it well enough to build my own enterprise. Then it hit me.

I had an idea when I was involved in a 3 party group channeling about building my UFO ship. Back then I had no memory of TNG, though I knew it did indeed exist, but I couldn't connect the dots and skip a lot of the work. For me, even though I've seen the show many times and it is a childhood favorite, TNG did not exist at that time, It was simply, not there.

Now, sometime later, I find myself returning to TNG and laughing at how similar it is to my design and how ingenious the Warp Engine design actually is, and how fun it is to try to build one, even if only in your mind.

So, TNG is a great show for me, I love the Q char soooo much. "Hi, My name is Q'uo... Wait no, just... Q"

I was in some cottage with an elderly couple whom I've never met. They showed me to their backyard that had the most beautiful flower garden that included numerous white fluffy flowers that were almost angelic. They were in a large depression in the yard almost as if it was an old sinkhole. As I sat on the edge in awe, my eyes led me to this giant sprawling tree. It had the appearance of a magnolia but its branches were as thick as an oak tree.

As I was mingling with the couple inside asking where this place was, I was told we were around cassadaga which is a spiritualist camp nearby.

Suddenly out of nowhere, there was this loud and booming BOO!!! Which shook me so much I jumped in bed as it literally woke me up. It was if whoever said it was right over top of me.

Dreams where I was shot in the arm by a laser, didn't hurt. Making very large cakes the size of walls, and taking my dad's truck on a ride by myself. Though I don't remember the ride, just the fact that I had taken it and was back and had to tell my dad.

Dreamt I was playing an older super mario bros at my old boss's office. There were some big barrels there with I don't know what inside. A guy later told me they had a vaporizer there (for mj) and that it was the best quality. Then later there was a woman I got into trouble with and a guy told me not to be around her anymore. But then I tripped and my hand got tangled in her hair, and I felt awkward as it was wrapped tightly around my thumb, and was trying to explain to the guy. The woman apparently had anger issues why they guy told me to stay away from her.

There were also dreams about toilets. Someone I knew installed some dozen toilets in their bathroom. Friends came over and were flushing them. This caused them to back up into the neighbors home, though I was the only one who realized this. I saw a problem with them flushing so much but they didn't care and kept doing it.

I had a great lucid dream about two years ago. I was dreaming in a loony tones kinda animation; not my usual dream, when I realized that I was dreaming, so I started to run and then took fly! I when into outter space and saw the earth been engorge by a nebula, at that point I decided to wake up.

I had a vivid dream signifying its "specialness", that it was not an ordinary dream, and should be noticed. But I have no idea what the heck that dream means. I usually don't get these kind of weird dreams, but here it is:

Aliens came to our skies in many UFOs. They were beaming light rays at people, who didn't seem to see them. When they beamed that light into people, I could see that ray. It was very bright and pierced people through. These people then, when they have been hit by these lights, got totally sick, like affected by a very strong virus. What this virus did is that it switched off consciousness in people and they then tried to kill themselves. This "virus" could also then move to other people, who wasn't beamed by that light from aliens, so it kind of got its own life so to speak.

I was hiding from those aliens and from this "virus". When they were gone I walked around and looked at the change. There were dead people and animals everywhere. Then I came to some kind of building and went in. There was a man there who was close to me, but I don't remember who he was now. Anyways, he was affected by this virus and tried to kill me. I tried to escape, but I don't remember exactly what happened then. I think that he got me, and I got sick too, and lost consciousness in that dream.

Suddenly, I regained my consciousness in the dream and was then inside some kind of clean, light and very nice hospital. The man who affected me with that virus was also there, and I got afraid of him. But people who worked there told me that they found a vaccin against that virus and they cured both me and him. But I was still a bit suspicious towards this man.

What the heck does this dream mean? That negative entities visit us and affect us sometimes by offering us negative thoughts? Well, what else is new? I don't understand the significance of this dream, and why my Higher Self or whomever it is, is trying to tell me to try to understand it. For instance, I am at my work now and this dream is played out in my mind over and over, as if understanding it, would solve some kind of riddle. That's how it feels. Like if I understand it, I would understand something important. But I don't understand anything...

I believe in that. I believe that I might have done some of these things. Most of the times they are not that dramatic, but just going somewhere with my soulgroup and monitoring something. Sometimes it is the sun, sometimes it is this Earth, sometimes something else. Of course I could be wrong, but for the moment I do believe that I do some work sometimes in time/space when my conscious mind and body are sleeping in space/time. Do you happen to have this session, Adonai? Do you remember what session it was? Would love to re-read it again!

Im just looking for anyones opinion as to whether my dream was actually a visitation?

First I have to tell you the story of my brothers death(I wish I knew a better word to use cause I believe hes very much alive)!!

June 95 my big brother who was 38yro and one of the BEST people Ive ever known and Im NOT just saying this cause he is my brother but because he truly is special, such a kind,giving,evolved soul(knowing what I know now Id say he was probably in the last octave of 4th density), never spoke a harsh word to anyone in his life, I could literally go on forever about the good hes done and how much I love him but thats not what this is about just wanted you to have some background on him, anyways............

He was found floating in the mississippi river, he had been missing for 3 days!! Theres alot of interesting things surrounding his death but again thats not what this threads about so Ill now go onto my dream which occured in 2001 and is as vivid to me today as it was the day I had it, ok so..........

It starts with me and my mom walking into Caesars palace casino in vegas(where we lived,in vegas not in Caesars palace...hahaha....also my bro. had lived there and worked at another casino in the sports book) we walk in and we decide we want to play in different parts of casino and ill find her later!!

As I walk away the first person I see is my brother dressed up as a roman, greeting people as they come in the door, Im in shock and awwww, as I walk up to him I say " MIKE WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE,YOUR SUPPOSE TO BE DEAD,MOM IS GONNA FREAK OUT.... OMG...WHATS GOING ON?" Iam in such disbelief and can barely speak, Im soooo happy yet cant understand why he was there and why if hed been alive did he put our mother through such sorrow???

He just looks at me and says, " IM WORKIN......I HAD SOMETHING TO DO!!" Well now Im just soooo happy hes here I dont even care what or why I just want my mom to see him so I tell him to wait there Im going to go get mom and he says ok ,I find my mom and drag her throu the casino tellin her shes not gonna believe it but that Mikes there and as we approach the area he was at Im frantically looking around for him,I see him walking down a hall and out of the casino and thats where I wake up and Im BAWLING I mean HARDCORE crying, at first I thought I was crying because I missed him so much and I guess it was but more then that is was because I woke up, I just wanted soooo badly to go back to sleep but could not!!!!

So anyone have an opinion?

I always thought of it as a visitation and it was his way of telling us he was ok and Im guessing the reason he disappeared before my mom got to see him was because maybe she wasnt ready to get the message or maybe I was just more ready or could handle it better!!

I'm sorry... But that just totally sounds like a classic zombie dream! :p

It sounds so vivid though... I have no idea what the message could be. The only thing that stands out to me is that a man who was close to you got "tainted" or "corrupted" by this light and tried to kill you, and that you both became victims of the situation.

It sounds like it was a very powerful dream, so I'm sure there is some message in there. Could it have to do with the yellow ray?

The other day I had another warm summer type feeling dream. It was pretty nice.

In last nights dream, I was at work and it was time for my lunch break. I decided to go out to get some lunch and got on my bike to find somewhere to eat (I don't actually have a bike but in my dreams I get around by biking a lot). Everywhere I went was closed so I just kept biking around and enjoying the sunny day. At one point I ran into two girls who I recognized and one was really happy to see me and we had a nice long discussion before she gave me a big kiss while the other just kind of hung around shyly in the background. In the dream both of them felt very familiar to me but when I woke up I tried to remember who they were but could not. The setting where I met them had a very mediterranean feel to it, stone mosaic floor, crumbling whitewashed walls, etc. I think I stopped off at some other places on my lunch hunt through dream land, I vaguely remember a little library which was also vaguely mediterranean looking in terms of architecture.

Finally I found a McDonald's which was open and got in the massive line to get some food. No matter what anyone ordered all that they got were two chicken tenders, and they were the worst chicken tenders I've ever tasted. After eating I checked my watch and saw that it was 6:30 pm and I had missed my whole afternoon of work which stressed me out at first but then I just thought ". . . who cares?" at which point I woke up.

When I woke up I felt really sad for some reason, not entirely sure why though, I think it had something to do with not being able to remember those two girls, I dunno.
