    Hello friends.

I am in the process of releasing much fear from myself. I face all fear within myself and bath it in love. I forgive, accept. Then I sometimes cry a lot without any feeling, just tears are flowing and my head is quite blank. It feels good. I know now what our friends in Ra's great pyramid faced a long time ago.
In my darkness I realized I had a lot of fear inside of me.
I cannot fear the fear anymore. I want to love the fear, it is part of me, and I want to love it. I want to love myself.

Do you cry anything, without feeling? Or when you release old grudges inside of you?
What do you think it means, is it a physical response of emotional release? Physical release?

Oh yes, I certainly have done that many many times.

Sometimes an old memory will surface to my thoughts, and I'll be lying in bed thinking about it. Sometimes the memory comes with an emotional charge which can only be released through tears. While I let the tears flow, I am part sad, and part happy, to be feeling the release. It is very therapeutic, and sometimes surprises me because I thought I was "over it" already. It's like when you pop a wound, and let it bleed out the pus and blood...you think you cleaned it all out, until later when you take off the band-aid, you realize there's more pus to be released.

    Godspeed!

I agree. Thank you for your thoughts Turtle... it's reassuring to see that I am not alone in crying a lot. Smile

I wish. I can rarely cry when I do have feelings...

Ayadew, there's advice you've often provided me and others. Now it's my turn to return the favor.

If the tears are healing, cleanse your spirit, release stuck tension in your body and emotions, and bring about integration in your life... isn't that enough? Does your mind really need to have a complete set of theories to validate the experience? Or can your mind just say, "Thank you, tears, for bringing about a positive change that all my busy thoughts couldn't make happen?"

Tears release a lot of junk from your body. Most tears are good tears.

Fear is an emotion. Treating it as one may help - just allowing it, feeling it and observing, without actively trying to do anything to it, can allow wonders to happen. Just like grief, it will not last forever, and going through it rather than around it takes you to a new place. Sounds like you're finding it.

I have had the urge to cry lately too, without specific emotion, more of a joyful release, I have to hold it most of the time as I usually feel it when around others during situations where it might not be quite appropriate.

When I was doing an AH meditation earlier as part of the worldwide Sound Healing Meditation, I had moments where I felt sadness. Toward the end, I definitely felt a shift in my awareness.
