You're good mate, sorry I took so long to reply.
For me surrender means acceptance without understanding: bypassing the experience and instead proceeding to the assumed end-action: often times under the duress of a "master" or authority.
Acceptance for me is not resisting that which cannot be resisted. You see the world, and then see what can be made and unmade: then you follow the likeliest path to achieve your desires.
This is all very haphazardly expressed, but I wasn't intending to do this so my mind is/was elsewhere.
Ultimately the most important thing for me though is to stay true to myself, no matter the cost. What good is having the world if you've lost yourself attaining it? If you surrender you may attain the end goal, but will not attain the skills or understanding necessary to do so again (personl growth/evolution). It's like passing a college class without learning: it's pointless.
