Its not a matter of the quantity or quality of worrying; it's the natural response to any bothersome circumstance.
In the face of such catalyst, I would be forced to accept that all is well. As Patrick said, there is no chance of failure in such a situation. I would try to accept things as they are, as my worrying would not change the catalyst in any way.
Now am I saying that I wouldn't default into veiled 3D thought? I can't say that as I don't know what my inclination would truly be (haven't stared down an asteroid quite yet
