You could have asked before? It's the rough estimate of those 'at' the 'yellow' valuing meme identified in Spiral Dynamics (corresponding to the 7th subdensity). Since it's violet ray, there would be an additional much smaller proportion of those 3D natives who will be harvested to 4D who are not operating from 'yellow' or the last sub-density. Also a similarly small proportion who are 3D native and without a body.
