Who or what is our Sun?

Most sunsets and sunrises I cannot hold back the tears. I want to marry the sun...can I do that?

I stayed out of the sun for many years - was told to by all the experts. Then I went back to Edgar Cayce's recommendation, get sunlight every day, but not between the hours of 10 and 2 because of the actinic rays (no idea what an actinic ray is).

Now that I go into the sun again, it is so delightful and delicious, and I do feel it is speaking to me and sending all kinds of goodness into me.
