gemini, it didn't make sense to me either. however a political structure, a councilship doesn't imply an "elite" status, or either a domocrecy for that matter. this type of government was very clear to me though that it was functional and harmonized. we know of higher planes in 4d when Ra stated that Jesus came from the highest plane in 4d. I feel I had a similar experience though no where near jesuses level. I type this out with utter humility yet also a mature sense of nobility.
