We live most of our lives in a "doing first, then being" state. We think "I need to do this so that I can be that." When we wake up, we realize that doing comes from being. We transition to "being first, then doing", realizing that we can't be defined by either being or doing alone. Like the buttons in an elevator "door open" and "door close", but it's always "door". Get it?
Eventually, being and doing merge. We realize that they are creating eachother in every moment.
