the use for movies (good catalyst or no@)

It all depends on what level of consciousness the observer is on. Although it is known that television has a dozing effect on your overall brain performance(wave patterns), the effect of how the story is portrayed is decided by the watcher.

I can imagine people to build maps and templates after movies they've seen, even if its not like reality at all. I for one, have never even been close to an american high school, yet countless of movies have formed an idea in my mind. I think many people will take after the values of the characters with whom they've created illusory emotional bonds with. Some aren't awake at all, and will just follow the herd whatever the cause.

If you were to watch a kids show with Spiderman saying "Drugs are bad mkay?" You probably would know that it's not so black and white in reality today, yet as a kid you'd totally agree with your hero.

Just stay awake and I'm sure it's great catalyst
