I think the pyramid builders were all sixth density and probably not from Mars, Maldek, or Deneb, which were all given as third (or second) density planets that became uninhabitable for one reason or another. One sixth-density race worked with those of Atlantis (not China); the others, like you say, worked with those of Egypt and South/Central America.
