Yep, it's the earth. 
Gaia is her 3D name, Terra is the 4D name. You could call her earth too I think, but she likes the other names more.
Everything in the world is inside your mind, for you are all these things. All is one. Imagination has a degrading tone to it, it presumes that that which you conjure in your head does not exist. The only difference in the words are their implications. Thus I prefer the world "visualization". Visualization implies that it exists already, you simply view that which is. That's all there is to it
