Given that the Law of One material has completely revamped many metaphysical misconceptions I once held, including the notion of an 'angel' essentially being a higher dimensional being, I would have to say that the answer to your question plenum is "Yes", I suppose. I've made a thread on my experience of apparent contact by a Social Memory Complex who called itself "Magwa" and is a musically-oriented and focused SMC:

Heh, I just realized that I'd failed to include in my above account of the experience the tiny detail that I was fairly stoned out of my gourd
(something I had to leave out just in case this had any affect whatsoever on my job), however cannabis in no way affects me in such a way that I would have or perceive an internal dialogue going with a foreign source. I am fairly certain that indeed it was because I was in a higher vibrational state, along with the music and the setting, that even allowed facilitation of such a contact.
