If you find anything good let me know Wink

Seriously. I've had a good psychological training. But when it comes to the physical I am as helpless as a baby... I've learned to stop fiddling with it. They say you should let body energy flow towards the spot, which I tried and in case of flues or other infections. I can tell you you can get a mild pain to go into a crescendo by focusing on it, and the only way to get it back to normal levels is by distracting yourself.

I guess I do not have a knack for it.

Which is why this topic interests me a lot as well!!! Thanks for opening it.
